The only cardio workout I do is jump rope. Its convenient since i can do it at the comfort of my home and i dont have to buy a treadmill which is expensive.

Hi Priyanka, yes it’s almost the same but with logical combination of two muscle groups. Basically the only difference is doing shoulder with legs instead doing with chest & triceps.😊

Mere paas sir 4 bands hai decathlon ke light(green 15kg),medium(yellow 25kg),heavy(orange 35kg) and extra heavy (red 45kg resistance) lekin main xtra light band bhi kharidna chahta hoo Jo ki 5 kg resistance deta hai...but main ghar par workout karta tha abhi chodha hua hai weak hoo aur skinny bhi kya mujhe sirf compound exercise hi karna chahiye ya fhir isolation bhi I mean chest back legs shoulder ke alawa biceps triceps rear delts aur choti muscles ko seperately train karna chahiye? Dusra sawaal kya itne bands kaafi hai yaa aur kharidu? Teesra sawaal workout plan kaun sa follow Karu bata dijiye sir!

Sir intermediate level ke liye...upper body lower body 3 times weekly karne se 6 days hoga...aur Sunday off ...Aisa routine follow kar sakte hain kya??...with 2 sets of 2 excersise for each muscle group...
Hello...mere paas arrow ki resistance tube hai..maine pehle jindgi me kabhi bhi gym join nahi ki hai.. Per excercise konsi band use karni hai aur weight gradually increase karna hai to kaise karna hai... beginner hu.. aur bands 10,15,20,25,30 LBs ke hai..

Jaisa ki maine guidelines me bataya.. har muscle group ko week me at least 2 baar train karna hai.. per day ek muscle group itna effective nahi hota
