    Can 'seated rows' be alternated for 'Bent over rows'?
    My legs are weak to and shiver while performing Bent over rows.

      Yes, you can. The only thing is, bend over has an advantage where it also strengthen glutes and lower back along with lat. Rest is fine.

    Hello sir..u hav kept some waist band while doing these workout..Is it compulsory? Bcoz i once had severe lower back pain and injured it while doing squats with resistance bands....pain had not subsided until i took some muscle relaxant...is it because of my bad form or breathing technique? Pls suggest

      Hi Hyndavi, I use waist belt to provide support to my back. You can also try using belt, it does help in avoiding any serious injuries specially during deadlift and squats. But make sure your form is correct because most injuries happen because of the bad form/ posture.

    sir I'm doing full body workout 5days a week can i do 6 chest workouts 16 sets daily is there any issue of muscle loss if so how to schedule them for effective muscle gain in fact for chest I'm spending more time to finish up 16 sets

      Don’t do any workout daily. Daily workout will not give you results as you need time to recover. Take at least 2 days rest in a week to recover and see results.

      ​@@bhanu7842if you're doing full body workout on monday take rest on Tuesday even on thursday if you're feeling sore then do again on Thursday and take rest friday Saturday and repeat on..

      Hi Khalid, ye depend karta hai aapki calories intake pe. Kyuki egg yolks me protien ke sath sath fat jyada hota hai to agar aap weight kam karna chahte hai to yolks ko limit me consume karen. Baaki bahut se studies ne ye bataya hai ki yolk se blood cholesterol pe koi impact nahi hota hai so they are safe. BTW Eggs are great source of proteins and healthy nutrients so go for it.

    Sir main Instagram mein aapse baat karna chahta hoo Maine kareeban 6 weeks se zyada bands se workout Kiya with every resistance by even progressing it, mujhe kuch baat voice message ke zariye karni hai kya insta mein voice message bhej sakta hun?
