You might have become gluten intolerant without knowing it. The inflammation in the intestines causes referred back pain. I hope it helps

My knees and and ankle were really fked for a long time. I was able to resolve most of it by strengthening my legs with deep squats.. shit tons of it.

This this video was decent but I have a different situation going on that doesn't pertain I developed some sort of arthritis condition in my fingers in my hands it's very painful stiff swollen and some of my fingers look like they're getting deformed almost like rheumatoid arthritis. However it came pretty much out of nowhere I did have a shoulder injury which I thought was related and I also had a sinus infection last year that was not covid, so I don't know if I had some sort of autoimmune response that triggered these arthritis symptoms that I have had for the past 8 months and it's very debilitating and I'm trying to get well

I have the same problem. My hands and my wrists are on fire with so much pain. It all started 4 months ago. As you mentioned, I had stiff shoulders and neck pain a year ago. I had several sessions of therapy. I also have sinus issues. I wonder what's going on. 😢😢😢

Inflammation and impact are the two biggest causes of osteoarthritis. This video focused on the impact side but diet plays a huge role in inflammation and OA.

I’ve had it for years and I’m only 33. Let’s not keep OA to a certain age group only.

You are correct, most people have some arthritis in their 20's! But for most it doesn't become an issue until later. But of course nothing is 100%

I see that no one answered your question I am not a Dr but I can tell you that you need to get to a Rheumatologist and get blood-work they can test you for all kinds of forms of arthritis also for ANA that’s how it started with me. And know that with arthritis you can be any age. That’s a fact I wish you well 🙏
