Just want to add a note for 8:20 -- cocaine is a local anesthetic like the other -caine's, but it's the only local anesthetic that is a vasoconstrictor! Lidocaine and Septocaine (and the others) are vasodilators.

It primarily acts on the mu-opioid receptor, but has some anticholinergic properties!

Im not sure if you have any clue about my question but i was wondering if your videos are enough to prepare for AFK ( fist exam of canadian equivalency process ) or there are differences !!!

There is a lot of overlap between the exams I help students prepare for and the AFK exam! But to be sure, you should confirm which material is relevant for you. The one big difference is the AFK exam uses the two-digit FDI tooth numbering system instead of the Universal system.
