- About a month and a half before Glen Campbell passed away, his wife and daughter spoke with Scot and Kara about the release of Campbell's final album "Adios".
I'm 75 years-old, and have listened to Glen's music ever since he started out. His greatest hits album is one of my favorites, and I listen to it often using Alexa in every room in my house. Glen Campbell singing in every room. Can't get much better than that!
I'm 71 and love Glen's songs. I listened to his songs and enjoyed them from day 1 but only in the last 5 years I had time to really sit down and play them. Through wikipedia and other online sites, I got a better appreciation of the man, his personality, his songs and his enormous talents and he will be in my heart forever.
Love Glenn Campbell music he will always be missed. I have all his music played his music in my programs as recreation staff in a psych hospital. Watched his videos and continue to play this gifted beloved artist. Now in my retired years in my kitchen, I play his music while cooking. There is something magical listening to his stories and his beautiful country voice. I am an African American woman 50s generation and will always want to listen to Glen. I feel happy I truly do taking a walk listening to his songs non stop. Anyone that missed out on his music should listen they will find peace, love, and great stories in his vivid lyrics. May God grant him paradise. GLEN WAS A GIFT TO US ALL. ❤
He was not a country singer ,his own words ,he crossed all music lines ,a musical genius !
No kidding! - He started with the Wrecking Crew, played for the Beach Boys etc etc.

Glen is much missed and loved by his many fans..he may be gone but he'll never be forgotten I hope the younger generations get to know his talent and appreciate him like we do.
A genius and that's it! Im gonna miss him, but thank god Glen was in our lives. Bless his wife Kim, she has done a great job being his wife, friend, and nurse. RIP Glen xx
Glen is one of greatest singer ever, he sang from the heart that what a great singer is , he would bring tears to your eyes some of the songs he sang, it like it someone llife story, lengend.
Always loved Glens singing and playing but Ashley was always smoking hot .Loved her singing too especially Highway man. I myself took up ang been playing the banjo since 1985 and the guitar even longer would love to play with Ashley sometime !
Ashley is a fab musician and person - I hope she continues to perform.
I will miss him , but I will never forget him. He was a CLASS ACT.

Saw Ashley playing with Glen and her siblings in Plymouth UK during his final tour. Life ambition complete. Didn’t want the night to end.

When the sad memories of your life are the magic moments when you stepped out onto a stage into the face of a big crowd ... and the first line of lyrics were "I've been walking these streets alone ... " and the legend that was Glen Campbell ... brings the audience to their feet ... and you deliver a simple enough story in such a simple way ...
A brave enough Man to tell the truth ! and im sure that it helped others to face thier short comings, i'll sure never see the likes of an Artist , and country boy of his status agian !!!!
Kim is still as beautiful as ever. Glen Campbell has always been my best alltime music artist. Jimmy Webb is one of the best songwriters.
The interviewer states, " You met Glen in 1986; he was already pretty well established at that time." Well, Glen was established way back in the 60's with many hit records and his own TV show, not to mention an appearance in "True Grit" with John Wayne.

@@paulfasse8032 Yeah, it's a bummer. Kim is extremely beautiful and has a beautiful, petite figure. Ashley is big boned and has Glen's nose and chin - perfectly good features for a man, not so much for a girl.
Even as famous as Tanya Tucker was Glen kept it to the curb and I was just a little country girl and I was with Willie almost a year and he kicked my ass to the curb with me and my two babies men can do whatever they want to and they get away with it hate it for you Glen.
I do not know your situation, but both Glen and Tanya were addicted to drugs and possibly alcohol. Their relationship was unhealthy for both of them. Sorry for your experience.

Such a disappointment about how Travis was treated by Glen and Kim. That has changed my view of them now. Nobody is perfect, I guess. In spite of those show biz smiles.

Mikael Vitaly Vyacheslav I’ve heard her talk other times just beautifully. I think she was probably just allowing her mom lead, most respectful I’d say. She’s a wonderful singer, plays banjo, guitar and not sure what else, and in this interview it could have been technical things, not hearing the question on same timing..
I just have heard her speak very sweet, confident and good natured, just like her mom and dad.
