I prefer this speed, so i can first just watch and then when i do it i can pause if i need to.
What key did you press to make it a rectangle? When I use the selection tool in the planar mode it tries to do round selecting, but I wanna make a square around the face like you did. Googling did nothing as it didnt know what I was asking for.
Not sure if I pressed anything, it is just like that by default, click a few points and it makes a rectangle
hello, can you please make a a tutorial on how to motion crop a video?
Need help. have a video of a skier going from left to right in the frame. Wanna crop it to 19:6 for social media, and want the skier to be fairly in the center. How do I do it?
The principle should be the same, track the object, then scale the video up until no black borders are visible. You can manually add keyframes for position if needed as well

it works well in overview but it brokes when i render it to mp4 60fps

only blur goes off I think,Tried directional blur aswell
I've seen some people commenting about that issue but I've personally never seen it on my end, must be a bug with premiere. If you have access to after effects, try doing it over there with a dynamic link

I use a Windows Keyboard but with a Mac Mini and CTRL + SPACE isn’t working for the ‘select tool’ menu.
Try other combinations like command + space or control + space

So I'm doing that and ''The reference time 0 must be within the render range (which is currently set to [6813, 6931])''. What does this mean and how do I fix it?
You probably need to adjust in and out points of the clip to include the reference frame. Those yellow indicator lines on the timeline

How can I make it work with a longer video? Right now it keeps tracking only first few seconds 🙏🏼thank you
If the angle is changing too much the tracking might stop, not every video can be tracked in one go
What do you do about bad tracking? It starts tracking something totally different
i might solve this after i comment but i need to know how to make an object (in my case text) follow the thing that ive motion tracked. in this case i used the colour tab motion tracker, i just want to know how to make the text box follow the thing that ive motion tracked
In that case you should use regular "Tracker" node, track the footage and set operation mode to match move, then connect a text node to it

Make sure reference frame is included in the render region, the part that you want to preview

Make sure you close the mask at the end, meaning connect the last dot to the first

the tracking isn't tracking properly, can you do a video on manual tracking instead?

Maybe the region you have selected is too small and it needs more data to process
@@SmertimbaGraphics yes, it was helpfull. tracker started working, but working correctly few seconds than just forgot his mission)) Maybe its depends from video quality. Btw thanks for advice

I guess it can't do the job for some videos, it works in most cases though
