  • Your emotions are utterly foundational to your experience of reality.
Yet, emotions are trivialised, avoided, repressed, criticised and maligned.
And most of us were taught lots of things about emotions that are just straight up wrong. And that causes us a lot of suffering, disconnecting us from ourselves, from life, from our instincts, our knowing, our lifeforce.
And they cause and generate a lot of harm in the world.
    So let's clear them up!
Here's the list of misconceptions that I cover in the video:
#1: Negative emotions are ‘bad’ and mean that something is ‘wrong’
#2: There’s no point or value in feeling negative emotions
#3: Emotions are always about the situation in front of you
#4: Emotions disappear without a trace
    #5: Emotions are ‘irrational’
#6: Emotions are created by our thoughts
#7: Emotions have nothing to do with physical health
#8: You are aware of all of your emotions
#9: You fully allow all positive emotions
#10: You don’t want your negative emotions and suffering

I say thats actually an emotion+ they think im difficult!😀 Most just want me to b quiet! + Some female mates 2 lol , its like alot correlate chatting wiv being unintelligent! Im not but im now intelligent to not waste my time around judgemental energies no more! Rather b alone!!! Its triggering!+ I put myself first now! Its funny thou as some ppl think ppl whom like to communicate as stupid+ like their silence is some kindov kool power lol but ive noticed theses types are normally on their fones continually!! thank you,,,,,, your teaching is illuminating and concise....i have a friend who's behavior towards me has puzzled me for the last 6yrs 🤔...IE: When i become too happy🤗around this friend {acting like a happy spontaneous enthusiastic child🤠🥳🤪 } they become morose, argumentative, truculent and rain on my parade no matter the topic or incident off they go. Naturally our relationship stagnates & I spend very little time with them. thx.. for the clarity i received...my friend may not be in my life much....however my heart is a open house for them. the Buddha said: Know and understand the 5 skandhas and what they mean. I am......not a Buddhist or adhere to any religious indoctrination, I am a free spirit who revere's life and the one of 10,000 names, Namaste to all,,,,,🥰
