Much respect bro. I’m a skinny guy and getting fit by doing your exercises. I started with the intense full upper body work out, triceps, biceps, forearm, chest, trap, abs and oblique. Then the next I do the intense calf and quad work out. Finally on the third day I do a all body intense workout putting together all of your videos after this I give my body a full two day rest. With the right food, calorie and protein intake I’ve been gaining muscle. I’m still doing this consistently as without that I wouldn’t see any progress. Thanks a lot bro!
Love the " I recommend 4 to 6 sets of this". Hes totally maxed out. It's only when you follow him that you know he's doing so much work and looks incredible that you get it. 3x twice a day for me. Love you as you stop and grab your breath like us mortals.

Glad my workouts are helping you out! Fat loss is more a result of your diet and cardio but this routine will help build the abs and obliques so as you lose that total body fat the stomach area will look way more defined!

Two days ago! This timing is amazing. Alright, so for a long time I thought the left oblique on me was swollen rather than being fat muscles. I injured myself badly two years ago (still healing, I may have permanentaly damaged the left side of my back. Sucks to get permanent damage at my young age) and one of the damaged areas was the left oblique. I did a test once while I was healing to do a workout. After the workout my left oblique had grown ridiculously much, it seemed unnatural (should be unnatural). I only did one short side plank exercise and it grew so much, so I thought it had to be swollen or cancer related. Turns out it was neither. It just for some reason had managed to grow huge from one single short exercise. So here I am, fully healed except for the left side of my back, ready to take care of my right oblique since the left one is bigger than the right. Thanks for all your work Aliens. I've been using your workouts for months and they are fantastic. My body feels good and healthier than before. Currently focusing on your back workouts since my back has always been naturally weak, so I need to fix that. Hopefully I'll see good results from it. AND hopefully it fixes my back injury. For damns sake, it shouldn't be permanent. Based on how I got the injury it should not be permanent. Even the doctors couldn't find any notable damage. Nothing they could see at least. Worth mentioning. I'm one of the unfortunate people to be born with genes who prevents me from collecting fat. Basically, I can't grow fat. That is a big reason as to why my left oblique grew so much, it was still strange though.
