      Calory intake pr dhyan do bhai....jitna burn kro usse kam khao....intermittent fasting kro aap 16-8 hr window...16 hr fasting (can drink water , tea coffee without suger) 8 hr eating but not more than u burn....
      Focus on veggies, salad more ....
      Stop sugar....natural source of sugar mtlb fruits is fine.....

    Very good inf given by Doctor about brisk walk. Lot of peoples are now using Trade mills either in Jim or house as there are no proper grounds for walking. It is therefore requested to put up some information on Trade mill walking also. It will be very useful for peoples using Trade mills.

      11 am Ko 3 egg omlate ya 3 boiled eggs with any sessional fruit with green tea.

    Best and simple way of explaining. Sir I did jogging for a week and feeling pain in knee joint, now unable to do jogging. Can I recover from this knee joint pain or has it been damaged permanently. Today I did brisk walk of 7 kms.     रात मे खाने के बाद चलने से वजन कम हो सकता है...?
    मे रात को खाने के एक घंटे बाद चार किलोमीटर चलता हू 50 से 60 मिनिट..

    मेरा वजन 94 kg है।
    80-82 पर लाना है।
    ऑफिस सिटिंग जॉब है।
    पिछले 10 दिनों से 10 हजार कदम चालू किया है।
    1घण्टे में 5km चल सकता हु।
    लेकिन रात को खाना 8 बजे लेता हूं...क्योंकि बैचलर रहता हूं😢
    कृपया गाईड करे और ज्यादा।
