Best and simple way of explaining. Sir I did jogging for a week and feeling pain in knee joint, now unable to do jogging. Can I recover from this knee joint pain or has it been damaged permanently. Today I did brisk walk of 7 kms. Is there any injury in my knee joint which is not letting me to jogging but I can brisk walk. Kindly guide me sir.
