    I could literally cry. The vibrations in my belly and acid reflux started a month ago. My dr ignores me when I tell him about vibrations and says it’s anxiety. I’ve never felt so understood as right now after watching this video. I found you by complete mistake, thank goodness.

      It may be encouraging for you to watch EONutrition. I definitely believe that you'll be healed fast with his thiamine protocol. I eliminated my IBS of 14 years in 5 weeks with B1 in the form of Benfotiamine (Dr. Berg recom. fat soluble kind so it can be taken with or without food). Elliot says B1 helps most any nerve related issue. So even IBS, type I diabetes, MS, ALS, etc can be helped. Some have even eliminated most of their Parkinson's symptoms, so you know this stuff is powerful!!

    started at menopause for me and 8 years in now.....doctors just looked at me like I had two heads when I asked about it!.....it has happened so much and for so long it's my new normal.....nice to see people begin to talk about it because hard to get any info on it and you feel so alone!.....I've noticed that any kind of strong stimulation (good or bad) makes it worse.....magnesium glycinate helps me!.....thank you for the video!

    Thank God I found this video. I've been experiencing this for years. No one I've spoken to really reasonated with this. So glad you say that it is uite a common sympton. I'm literally shaking now. Mornings are the worse after a terrible broken nights sleep. Vitamin D deficiency plays a huge factor and caffine too. I'm taking iron and b12, magnesium now too so hopefully this will help me. X❤

    Thank you so much Eileen, no one ever mentions this awful symptom. I've had buzzing in my hands and feet as well as pins and needles, and sometimes I wake up and my foot will be completely numb. I had these about 4 years ago following what was essentially a nervous break . Went on anti depressants and beta blockers and tried to block out stresses and eventually they went 👍. About a month ago I had another dip in my nerves followed by 4 days off feeling unwell and a week of not being able to eat . Another week later and the internal trembles are back .they are horrible . And the problem is the more you worry the worse it makes it and it's hard not to worry when for me it's like your on a vibration pad ..but your not . Doctors just look at me like I'm odd. I know it makes it difficult when you have anxiety too . Not sure if it is anxiety related ,peri menopause,digestive or a combination . It's some relief to find others have similar issues . I just hope it goes again soon ❤️

      Hi, I’m experiencing this atm. As you say, the more you panic the worse it gets. I thought I was having a heart attack yesterday as the palpatations were awful.
      This lead to me getting light-headed when I was out and about.
      I’ve had it off/on for a few days now, can I ask how long your episodes go on for? I’ve noticed it more after food. I can also get jumpy.

    I've had the vibration feeling in my womb area since I was in my twentys. I dubbed it my 'vibrating uterus' 😏. Even now, that I'm completely in the menopause it still happens. I've had all my blood work and gyn things done. NOTHING is wrong. With me it's a sporatic event that lasts about 30 seconds tops. I thought I was the only one with this until I read it on another site and this is the first time I've EVER heard of someone acknowledging it at all. Thanks Eileen. Your weekly video blogs have been a great comfort to me during my peri and now menopause period. I really think I would have checked myself in the psych unit if I had not found you. I hope you don’t mind this question but when you say you feel the vibration in your womb, im curious to ask you, were you infertile? I’m in my 20’s, started feeling this vibration 24/7 since 2021 and I’m worried this is the end of my ability to carry children 😢

      @@LilHickory no, I'm wasn't infertile at all. I suggest you go straight to a GYN and get a check up and talk with the doctor. Why wouldn't you have gone to a GYN back in 2021?? and now it's 2023! Please, you need to get annually checked instead of being unnecessarily worried. Take charge of your health.

    I am turning 48 this month and I experience this, and as you said I have noticed it a week before period. I feel it when I go to bed, it's annoying, I feel like I'm buzzing. I have had tremors and tingling plus hands and feet falling asleep at night for six months, doc sent me for an MRI, nothing serious came back. Mine are 24/7 never stops, sometimes I think oh.. I'm not shaking, then there they are. It gets bad if I'm cold, so I try to stay warm, it's worse in the morning, takes my fingers and arms a bit to start moving, shaking in arms is bad in the morning . Breathing exercises do help but never completely gone. I have an marina IUD in for 4 years now due to heavy bleeding from fibroids, I am 50 years old now and my bleeding is almost stopped , I was going to blame the IUD until this video. My dad has a tremor and this was realized by a professional watching him sign a paper. He would press harder to counteract it. My older sister and I noticed we get shaky now when we write at times. Or if I'm just awake saying goodbye to my husband for the day I'm shaking. Oh and holding the telephone too long. My sister said sometimes in the morning she can't sign papers right away. She's 50 and I'm 49. We are in PeriMenopause still. She's deeper in.

    I've had internal vibrations 24/7 for about 3 to 4 years, they are always worse in the morning. A couple of years ago I found I could no longer tolerate levothyroxine at all, the tremors were so bad I didn't sleep for a week. I was referred to a consultant who wanted to put me on beta blockers, but I said no thanks, I ended up having to come off thyroxine. We never found a suitable solution to support my thyroid. I've definitely found my tremors are worse with caffeine & alcohol and even it seems red meats. Reducing stress, getting lots of sleep and calming my nervous system has been a priority and definitely helps. I take B12 supplement and magnesium. It seems there is very little knowledge out there for peri & menopausal women who have these tremors as I have searched far and wide, so it has been really helpful to watch your video and realise that I am not alone.

      Hi Emma
      Unfortunatley, symptoms can continue or new ones appear post menopause, also, muscle mass can decrease as we age resulting in weak muscle function and poor circulation. Regular weight bearing exercise can often sort this but it is also wise just to check with your doctor. Other health issues may be a factor so a proper diagnosis is needed first.

They said to lay with your head in line with your body. I am a side sleeper and I realized I was putting my chin down when I was sleeping. It has stopped since I corrected my position. I'm wondering if testing hormone levels would tell us anything. I've also started experiencing internal vibrations a couple of months ago. I sent a note to my gynecologist, told him my symptoms, and asked if a hormone test would be helpful. The nurse wrote back and told me to talk to my primary care physician about the vibrations. When I saw my PCP, I asked about hormones and she said I should ask my gynecologist.🙄 Would a hormone imbalance tell us anything about the vibrations?

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  6 місяців тому

      A hormone test wouldn't necessarily pick up why the vibrations are occurring as they can be a number a number of different triggers, not all are associated with hormone balance. These are normally caused by issues with the nervous system so supporting this with herbs, supplements and physical relaxation can often be of benefit, as can acupuncture.

      Hi MissP
      It may be an idea to speak to your doctor about this, if all is clear then you know to investigate your house or local environment. You can get more sensitive to noise and vibration in the menopause so these things may have been around all the time but you are only now noticing them. Check your local area for night time truck movement or even if there are train lines or an underground system near you.

    I'm getting these symptoms post menopause. When I wake up in the morning.

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  2 місяці тому +1

      Often when these symptoms happen first thing in the morning, it is a sign of blood sugar imbalances. Drinking enough water and eating a fibre and protein rich snack before bed can help, as well as having a little snack like an oat cake when you wake up to tide you over until your breakfast. Adding cinnamon to your diet and taking a chromium supplement can help too.

      It is possible to have similar symptoms post menopause but we do advise a general health check, just in case it is not menopause related

      Sorry to hear this, maybe just try to increase magnesium rich foods into your diet as that can often help with stress and sleep. Just Google for 'Best foods for magnesium' Hope this helps you.

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  Рік тому +1

      Hi Norma
      Yes, this can happen but it's usually to do with other issues such as fibroids, polyps/cysts, a prolapse, even starting some medications. It is wise to get this checked by your doctor, just to rule these out.

    Hi Eileen, I have experience with both of these, the trembling and old injuries. What helps me?
    I find that limiting my screen time helps calm my nervous system a lot. I learned from a physiologist that screens are made of tiny pixels that vibrate to make the images we see. Our brains can tell, even though we can't see it. This teeny vibration of pixels stimulates the brain and nervous system....hence....the jitters. I don't drink any caffeine and chocolate is a special treat on occasion, so no caffeine here.
    I have also found a 10 to 15 min meditation - eyes closed- does wonders to calm it, mostly, down. Also Oat straw tea, or the calming essence flowers, or Passion flower before bed if I have had to be on the computer and can't get the jitters calmed down.
    Another interesting thing I have noticed, since Estrogen seems to affect cortisol, if I am overly busy through the day for a couple days in a row I get the jitters, and this also directly affects my night sweats and how I sleep. It's so important for me to take a minimum of 2 hours before bed to do relaxing things I enjoy. Right now it's playing with 2 kittens, then a hot cup of sage tea or Lemon Balm tea and journal out my day.
    The old injuries: I have learned this past year I have mild scoliosis and an old fractured vertabrae. Never knew this until the Estrogen dropped 2 years ago. I now have become "best friends" with daily stretching before rising, stretches before bed (Jessican Valant's YT videos on Scoliosis are VERY helpful for me) and my water, and walking with some sort of strength for women over 50 (I like yoga, but find I need to do a few pilates or light weights a couple times a week)
    Growing older becomes about self care so we can live our days with ease and joy.
    Thanks for the topic. Peace be with you, Dee

      The screen thing is very interesting and I’ve been fighting a battle with others about this. It triggers dizziness too - which I’ve had for years. As well as very bad anxiety. The tremors are down to adrenals and nervous system. I’ve had them ever since covid. I remember hearing about adrenals and supporting them as they get hit hard during menopause. If you research internal vibrations tremors adrenal fatigue, you’ll see loads of videos to support this. It is all about the nervous system. The symptoms feel terrible. They can’t hurt us. But the anxiety and all the other symptoms are awful. I’m not at menopause yet. Mine is all anxiety disorder. But if you look at the common denominator- it’s the nervous system. So do what it takes to support that 🙏
