3:05 - my favourite shot :D I have been struggling to wake up early as well, not for the lack of trying. It has been seemingly very random too. Time shift didn't help either. The conclusion I got to was that my body will demand sleep without my knowing it because: a. it needs to process all the shit in quiet; and b. the immune system needs to do its work in quiet. I don't know whether these theories have any legitimate basis haha but that's how it feels. So I'm trying to be gentle with it. Otherwise I'm trying to pay attention to the bedtime routine, which could use some work on.. but I also don't want to ring the curfew bell :D Ever since I've watched Doobydobap's channel, I became addicted to Korean products and cooking methods - especially rice cakes! Highly recommend.
I think the reason may also be that we just don’t have enough sleep. There’s a lot of research lately about women’s sleep where the results show that women need 9+ hours of sleep per night on average, and not 6-8 that we’re led to believe. I personally feel so much better when I get to sleep for 9 hours but that just doesn’t happen to me lately 🫠 I’ll check out the channel, thank you 😊♥️
although it varies for me overall, I totally agree! I'd yammer on about how listening to one's body is the key but then it's easier said than done, especially when it comes to keeping up with the *toit* pace of the modern living
Hahah, yes, I tend to spend a lot of time on our balcony + walks with Kuki and jogging all edd up, and make me more tanned(=healthy-looking lol) For the longest time I didn’t wear hats because of my insecurities, but I think I’m at that point in my life where I’m ready to start wearing them! It’s too hot in Belgrade though, so I’m not sure I’d want my head to sweat 24/7 And what about you?
@@iamkseniia When heats start i put both on my head , sport hat and glasses . I have light eyes like you and sun can be big problem for our skin around eyes . Dont forget to put some sun cream too, this sun is so "UV Radiation " lol
@@kikasokino6754 yeah, the sun also hurts my eyes a lot!! super annoying, but I guess it's a nice problem to have hahah, much better than suffer from the cold and rain
I thought about it but I’ve heard different things about this franchise, so not sure I want to give it a try 😅 should be fine though, I think, at least for now cause they’ve just opened

I thought about it but I’ve heard different things about this franchise, so not sure I want to give it a try 😅 should be fine though, I think, at least for now cause they’ve just opened
