We will miss your voice brother, it was a pleasure to have been in the mosh several times breaking my head with such wonderful music. Now to sing from the other side. R.I.P Trevor Strnad
Came back to this after reminiscing on my teenage years. Incredibly sad to see that Trevor passed. You guys were a big part of my life. I'll always appreciate you. RIP brother. ✌️❤️
I saw a video of them performing live when Trevor said that Miasma is about how extreme music saved him, I kinda feel how personal this song is to him now that he's gone. Rest in peace ⛧🖤
He also said that Miasma was his least favorite TBDM record, which is crazy. It's near the top for me. Second only to Nocturnal. Apparently, he felt that the Miasma was "plasticky". He wasn't totally satisfied with the end result. I can kind of see what he's getting at but I still love it
This is the first song I heard by them and I was hooked turned out to be my favorite band, we have truly lost one of the greatest death metal singers of our generation we got 20 years of this awesome band rest in peace my friend
RIP Trevor. It was these early videos of yours back in their days that was like the first scene a gatway into being introduced to melodic death/black metal.
i remember when i first saw this on tv. been like 5-6 years ago ? i dont remember. its one of the first time i heard you. i was blown away. this is some sick shit. hope to catch you next time you come by Quebec City.
@@Jerrid_86 It pretty much was lmao, those phones could barely hold some megabytes of data, that's some ancient tech dude, you could even get in a browser but it was barely functional at all, shits crazy!
@@blastfiendsunite420 Haha, yeah bruh, I've seen them but still it is quite funny to see those old phones from the future when we have a bunch of cool stuff, I wonder if on 2040 someone is going to mock our 2024 phones 🤣
Rest in peace Trevor, always was and will be a legend
Michigan metal is unique and beautiful and he was the peak of the mountain!
Trevor motherfuckin Phillips, didn't know he specialised in death metal for a while. He was stuck onm punk rock for so kong
