Write out your workout plans for the week at the beginning of the week or stick to a written schedule. Your volume or chosen lifts may change but you are committing yourself to that workout when you write it down. 7.Plan your workout time at least the day before so you don't run out of time 8. Figure out ways to motivate 9. If you buy supplements, research them make sure they're quality 10. What works for me won't always work for you. Great question here mate, my advice is try both, P/P/L for 1 month and Upper/Lower for another month. Then analyse well as to it which program you faced better recovery, and higher stimulus to fatigue ratio.
If your aim is to run 3 days a week, you can do Upper body and lower body and you can include abs on running days. My suggestion would be to try full body workout like first day full body and next day running similarly the whole week.
Question of the day- I don't have access to gym equipments (or many gyms are open too but i don't feel safe at all). Can i achieve a very good physique by just doing bodyweight exercises?
