Dude i just bought a new one and the left one keeps flashing red in the case but when i take it it stops flashing and no blue light is flashing what does this means , need charging or what ?

I actually ran into a somewhat similar issue with mine. But it was solid red in the case and flashed blue when I removed it, the other was working fine. It was essentially frozen and couldn't do anything with it. I ended up just leaving the ear bud out until the battery fully drained and it forced the earbud to shut off. then I recharged it again and after that it started working fine. I would try that and see if it fixes it or not. Sadly, other than that, there's really nothing else you can do with them, other than return it.

I had a similar issue had to reset them,
