- Heart openers is a great movement for releasing tension in the chest area, shoulder, upper back along with moving energy throughout the entire body.
Tip: stay as calm and relax and feel your body when you were doing this. If you feel any discomfort or pain, either slow it down, limit your range of motion, or stop it all together. Stay as relaxed as you can, and tense only what is needed .
