I'll never forget the first time I went into my favorite discount store that had plus sizes and after reaching a size 18 in my weight loss journey, took some 18s back to the dressing room. I was getting ready to go on a trip. When I started trying the clothes on, they were all too big!! I sat there and cried, then went out and chose some 16s OFF THE REGULAR RACK!! ❤

Canada may seem expensive, but if you’re an American travelling to Canada, your dollar is worth $1.30 Canadian. Canada has a much smaller population than the US Canadian population is the same as the state of California, I think it’s about 39 or 40 million now in 2024.
Prices in the US are probably cheaper because you’re population is so much larger than Canada.

People keep talking about the grass fed butter from Costco. They have it at this Costco or that Costco, and they never have it when i go. This is in Edmonton.
I also looked up the definition of grass fed in Canada, and there are no rules when using the grass fed label. Most alberta beef eats grass for most of their life, as i understand it

I bought the double 18 pack of eggs at Walmart $11.08! That's 31 cents per egg. Eggs at Aldi are half that. I need to pay closer attention to the prices. I bought boneless ribeye pack at Costco for $76. There were 10 steaks...so that's cheaper than any restaurant at $7.60 per steak and that's how I do math. I also have a FoodSaver vacuum sealer.

I’m a member of Sam’s. The only way to buy Tritip Sirloin is by the case, which is extremely expensive. I’ve not seen it offered any other way. Anyone on here, who’s a Sam’s member ever seen it offered just like she bought at Costco? I can not seem to find pork belly at Sam’s, Walmart or ALDI, either. ALDI did offer it once about 2 weeks ago, but I couldn’t get there quickly enough before they were sold out. I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. If anyone on here does also, have you seen any of these items in the city? If so, where? Thanks.

Our local discount grocery outlet had some frozen mystery beef for $1.99 a pound.(US$) I didn’t know what the cut was but I took a chance for that price. The only clues were it said beef and the packaging was marked “choice” I swear it was the same cut you got at Costco. I think you may have called it a tri-tip? Well I cut it like you did and grilled it as a steak and man was it delicious. I’m so glad I bought three and did NOT turn it into pot roast.
