HAPPY DOLLAR TREE DAY EVERYONE! Please give this video a THUMBS UP if you can :) What was your biggest Dollar Tree find this month?
Our dollar three dont have some of this🥲
I love your videos keep them coming please
Great video, Matt. You Rock (get it)! MaryAnne and Drew
"...the other mother's hands"
😂🤣
I tried the laundry spray and it works pretty well!
They're getting a lot of Oxi type products and I always try them. There's another one for general cleaning that I've been using.
Thanks for sharing another great video!🥰
I have to say, your Dollar store is way more stocked and cleaner than the one in my community! We don’t have a $5 section in my store either! Nice review! Thank you for sharing!
We don't have any items that are not $1.25. I guess that's the downside of a small town.
@@a9ball1 No, it's a benefit. There's almost nothing worth paying 4x for, and it's obnoxious assuming you know how much everything costs and then you go to check out and things are way more expensive.
Mine never has the cool stuff either!
Dollar tree is evil.
Every Dollar Tree store near us in the Tampa Bay area is G.H.E.T.T.O.
If you have a front loader and there's mold growing on your gasket, you didn't look over the owner's manual. You're supposed to wipe it dry after every use, even if you have multiple loads to wash. I highly recommend leaving the door open for a while, after doing laundry, to let it air out.
So many reasons why I’ll stick with my top loading washing machine!!!
Yes -- sandy, top loader also, unless operating. It is Never 😊closed !!
I bought a super expensive, used Samsung front loader for next to nothing because the owner did not like that mold around the door.
I keep mine open but it mostly stays in use.
I am a top loader fan, but this front loader sure works well.
😊
YES! Never close the washer door after using (or the dishwasher), of course they're both water tight! So, when closed any moisture and bacteria will grow. My front load washer and dishwasher never have mold or stink (which is the mold stinking) because the doors are open, or ajar for the dishwasher. Who wants your clothes, or especially dishes + silverware being "washed" in mold- slush! Should be common sense.
I use those wire shelves in my freezer to replace the missing shelf. For $2.50, they are awesome to create some organization. Also, a dollar tree plastic wash tub works great to contain smaller packages in the freezer as well.
Same one for veggies, the other for fruit, etc
That's what I use.
I don't know what Dollar Tree you guys' shop, but most of these things I've never seen at our Dollar Tree store. This video was loaded with items never seen in Dollar Tree. I would love to shop at this store.
Agree. Everything is absolutely perfect, probably just a DT studio. These are commercials, like many others here. Clever.
Just wondering, many confuse dollar tree with dollar general… but I hear many dollar trees are closing soon anyway.
I wish that my dollar tree had 1/2 of this stuff.
Put dirty socks in the mesh bags. Wash, dry, and store in them. Pairs always stay together.
Your sure😂
Yasss!!! Cause I don’t know how or why but my dryer eats socks 🧦 and it’s ALWAYS JUST ONE SOCK! So I have learned just to mix match socks Lmao
@@LisaKiser I bought 2 bags for every family member. 1 for clean socks and 1 for dirty ones. We just rotate them. Since I do all the laundry, I refuse to wash any "strays" not in a bag.
@@annieoakley4795 that’s excellent! I am gonna buy my husband 3 bags . I don’t understand how he goes through so many socks . He has two feet 🦶 just like I do and yet 550 socks are always dirty from him compared to my 3 pairs lmao
What type of bag? (Some I have say not to use in dryer, but I like this idea!)
Zep manufactures very good products. I used their bath and shower cleaner on the no slip strips in a bath tub at a rental property. The strips were very dirty. I sprayed them with the Zep and left on for a few minutes and with a micro fabric clothe scrub and rinsed, came like new.
thanks....will give it a try
Zep mold remover is the best! Spray & leave on and mold will disappear! No need to wipe off! I use on all kinds of surfaces even drywall!
My father build our home in mexico with marble floor. Yes. Marble was cheap back in the day.
But he never knew how to really keep it clean. So many corners were grimy and it looked like it seep into the marble. but using the Oxydil foam bathroom cleaner. Just leave it working for 10 minutes and it really cleans the stains. And i mean deecades old stains. It cleaned like 80% of the stain. So i really recommend it.
I saw that prewash spray and I remembered that my Mom would use something like that for wash and I think it was powder and it was called oxdoyl it was in a green box, that was a while ago.
Thank you
I will try that on my floors, thank you
I can't find a foaming bathroom cleaner by Oxydol. Do you think the rug spot cleaner or laundry spot cleaner would work? Thank you!
@@aia1229 I haven't used it. But hey. I found out by trying. Good luck!
You said pizza, my mind went directly to pie!

😂😂😂 So did mine.

Let’s Goooooo Deal Guy! As always, your presentations are on POINT. May God continue to bless you and your awesome family. ❤❤
Thank you!!
My cats love the storage boxes. Put in a little blanket and they are in heaven.
Great idea, Thanks!
Great idea
Spot on!!!
I have some of these, got a plastic crate that's about 5" high and 12" long and put that in, now is a cat cave on the table next to my desk. 8-)
i live in Canada and our prices are $1.50. i really don't shop there much anymore, not really worth it, but, i do like to watch your videos. you always bring a smile to my face. thank you Matt!
Your $1.50 is equal to the US $1.25. Look up the exchange rate.
Don't shop there much either since they turned them into Family Dollar stores, and so many items are overpriced. I find that both Aldi and Winn-Dixie are a lot cheaper on many items.
Ive never seen anything over 2 dollars in dollar tree in Canada. Strange to be honest
Thank you so much for your work on these videos! Your humor is an added bonus! Thank you and keep doing these types of videos!
Dry shampoo makes a great get-well gift for someone in the hospital. I usually give some along with a cheap universal remote, which is easier than the bed remote.
Wash your hair with CHEMICALS?
@@DonnaLLoyd-lt6ot What do you think regular shampoo is? CHEMICALS. Dry shampoo is actually mostly talc (all natural). Baby powder is talc
Dry shampoo is not talic. It's stsrch. Usually it's corn starch, but sometimes it's tapioca starch.
Universal remote ? Where do you buy them ? They work on any TV?
You can put the laundry room canvas picture in your bathroom and then put the bathroom canvas picture in your laundry room and really throw off people!!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂
My sister buys tons of these and paints over them. Blank canvas can be very expensive.
The maple leaf scrub sponges to use while washing dishes to help remind you it is fall was a good one!
haha! "teeter on the edges of my comfort zone..." You're a fabulous Wordist!
Right? 😂😂
Now if he could only be a 'readist'...
The exfoliating wash glove is excellent for holding on to bars of soap (especially for srniors and children) and scrubbing of dead skin flakes. I have two and I love them.
I love it to wash my face
I love the longer cloth to scrub my back.
The gloves are also good to keep your soap inside of like a soap-saver. Especially when the pieces get tiny.
Oh no I was at the Dollar Tree yesterday! I guess I'll have to make a trip back today to find some of these items. Oh and I love you too Matt😂😂😂
I will have to look for the Oxydol products. My Grandma back in 1950s and 1960s always used Oxydol and thus I followed suit until it seemed to vanish.
@@user-py4kh1ho4t if anyone follows Vivian tries she did a test on that product and it was a total fail. Just FYI
I did see some at my local store and the containers appeared to have been stuck in storage since the 1960's.🧐
@@MamaHarriet 😂
I used to use Oxydol detergent in the 80s and it would get the clothes clean. Then it was no where to be found, until I saw it on Amazon.
I love those cell phone stands , I use them for Zoom meetings
I have a similar phone stand I got off the TikTok shop & it was a lot more than $1.25😢
I have the one that is at different levels but it falls apart all the time, def. give these a try
@@jennbinkley8809 ...I got one a couple of years ago from Amazon. Then I saw one at Dollar Tree in the plus section for $5. Now they have them at $1.25? I may need to get another one. Lol I do have to say, though, that my Amazon holder is better quality as it's metal, and doesn't shift as easily as the $5 DT plastic one does. The DT one sometimes collapses under the weight of my phone.
I have 10
We have 2 of the phone stands...Black only...that we got at Dollar General for $15 each. And we all fight over them. I hope to find these at my Dollar Tree.
Pssssst was the first dry shampoo.. it came out in the mid n1970's !
OMG, yes. We had that. My mom got it after she had cataract surgery. Which was major surgery back then.
Yep my older sister used that in the '70s when she still had long hair and liked it.
I was sick as a kid. I could not get my head wet. My father used this on me. I continental to use dry shampoo.
Dry shampoo is centuries old. They used to call "hair freshening powder" or "hair powder" before they put it in an aerosol can.
You can just use corn starch and a powder brush.
The raised dish/cabinet shelf can be used (along with your dog's dish) as a raised feeder for your taller pets.
Oxydol is back? Oh my! I remember ma getting a huge box of powdered Oxydol laundry detergent. It was at least 2' tall, 6" wide and about 10" on the front. It always came with a drinking glass inside. The box was so big ma lined it with fabric for toy boxes and to store sheets in. They smelled great. Good times! 😊
I so enjoy listening to you……….you give a clear description of each item and great ideas on how to use them. Thank you
If you want to prevent the mold and staining on a front load washer door seal switch to powder detergent. Did this over a year ago and have never had a problem since. I do always leave the door open after a wash.
Just an FYI ... I switched back to liquid detergent after the powder clogged the drain pipe from my washer. My plumber said that it happens often because the powder doesn't always completely dissolve and ends up caking up in the drain. . It was an expensive lesson.
Is powder HE whatever approved & good for septic ta.ks?
Powder cakes up in the plumbing n the internal parts of the washing machine. It isn’t wise to use powdered detergent.
@@tracyhall697 it does say it’s safe. Not sure if it’s “good”.
@@annaqsmith wonder if it creates a problem because people are using too much detergent. A repair tech I know recommended the powder but to never use more than line 2 on the scoop and no more than a shot glass of liquid if using that.
I gotta add, the tissue can be refilled from the bottom. I love mine. Mom of 7 here.
Pro tip. Do not buy cheap tools unless extremely necessary and no other option is available.
Only a rich man can ford cheap tools.
What makes you a pro?
@@melissalawsonAKAchellree Many, many years of using various tools on a daily basis. Plus,I’m smart as all get out!
$1.25-$5 are not cheap.
It's alright to use a cheap screwdriver
Although summer is coming to a close, I think keeping one of those steering wheel covers in the glove box to put on when parked in the sun would do well to keep hands from getting burned!
I need to park my truck outside and got one of these covers 4 years ago. It still works great even after multiple washings. A+
I need one of those steering wheel covers - dicey if my two locations even carry them!
They work great for Winter, so your hands don’t get cold gripping the frosty cold steering wheel. I loved mine, but got the cheaper version and it fell apart quickly. Gonna have to get the improved version!
Also from the steering wheel being ice cold in the winter.
Yay on the ZEP! I love that stuff. I spray it on my shower curtain liner, around the tub, and boy does it work GREAT on white kitchen sinks!!! $3 is WAY better than what I paid at Lowes a while ago.
I just throw my shower curtain liner with my towels every couple of weeks and hang it back up it dries in the shower easy peasy 👏
I used the Laundry bags to create extra over the door storage for lighter items. All you need is a towel rod (cabinet doors) or over the door storage racks, zip ties, and the laundry bags. You zip tie the mesh bags to the storage rack or towel rods. I bought a bigger mesh bag at Family Dollar, that one is storing wrapping paper.
The scalp massagers at Dollar Tree are way better quality than the ones at Walmart. It is especially good if you have problems with dandruff.
So you cannot then take the laundry bags down? How do you remove the contents?
@@nancycy9039; i can’t see it either.
I completely played myself, listened to a spooky video while studying and needed to go to sleep immediately after. My Google recommend this video, and my lord if you need to undo spooky video syndrome, this dude got me out of some and into my dollar tree addiction. K maybe it's the power of dollar tree itself, but like one of those late night infomercial for the Betty crocker pudding cake pan
This is some GOOD STUFF! Went to DT this morning, but was only on the hunt for Dawn dish detergent. Somehow, I still managed to spend $18 + dollars!!
😅😅🤣🤣
I thought it only happened to me...glad that is not the case 😊👍
That happens to you too , glad to know I’m not the only one😂
Yep! Sounds like me as I like the small Dawn bottles - I take them when I travel and use the large sizes at home - have t used any other product except Dawn for many years!
I had to laugh when you said you wouldn't use the hair removal strips, but I highly recommend the glove exfoliaters. They are great for smoothing the skin, getting in hard to reach places like ears, heels and in between toes. You can't go wrong for $1.25, they last forever and unlike a loofah, they don't harbor bacteria. You just wash "your hands", wring them out and let them dry. 😊 I enjoy your videos and your dry sense of humor, fun to listen to the commentary. ❤❤
Life is crazy I was just looking on Amazon a few days ago for pizza containers and they are ridiculously expensive. And now here you are! I love your videos BTW. Always watch them 😊
Matt you should let your wife try the wax strips on your leg so we all can find out if they work just saying 😂😂
ROFL yes! Please do this!😂
😂
I agree! Come on Matt 😁😂😄
Matt should try them 😊😊😊
😂
I laughed out loud twice with the loudest being when you advised us that testing wax strips isn't going to happen in this lifetime. Couldn't catch my breath. Another A+ video!!
He’s too funny!😂
😁 "...decorative canvases both intrigue and confuse me..."
ME, TOO!
Love your videos.
Great video Matt. That tall laundry basket is awesome. I have one and what I like about it is that it's not a stiff hard plastic that breaks right away. It's softer and easier to carry. Plus they have them in a size that's 1/2 as tall and they are great as well.
I have the spoon rest. I love that style which allows for more than one utensil.
I bought one of the pink steering wheel cover and no longer search for my car in the parking lot. It stands out wonderfully
I love these Dollar Tree updates since I have one near me. I just went recently and spent way more than I should have. My son and I had fun going up and down every isle. Thank you for these updates.
Happy Friday to Matt and the deal family 💪💪
You too!
Lots of great stuff ! Thanks for the laughs. The new cocoa butter wax strips not willing to try for yourself in this lifetime 😂😂
What in the world are they❓
Nevermind… hair removal.😮
I bought that coaster, it was really cool…for about two days. Save your $1.25 😢
I bought one too but I can’t get it to work
Thanks for the great tips! Your presentation always makes me smile. Love you, man.
I have used those Kleenex in my cup holders for years and then all of a sudden I couldn't find them anymore and now I know where they went!😮😮😮😮😮
Me as well. Bought 4 yesterday and am covering with clear contact paper to possibly refill to stretch their life. Now if they'd dupe the Viva paper towels that came folded in narrow box that fit perfectly in bin on car door.
Oh my gosh! My little DT has had the Zep, pizza slice containers, and the oumpkin mug, and the knockoff cup from that popular coffee shop! There are a few pumpkin solar lights. I will try the Oxydol carpet cleaner. Those leaf sponges are now on my list
I got pizza storage containers from Amazon and they were more expensive, ~$4.50 apiece. But-they're big enough to store the pizza we buy. We get the 16" take and bake from Aldi and most of the containers I found weren't big enough. We cut it into eighths. So it was worth the cost. You get 6 for $28 and they're incredibly sturdy. Each one is deep enough for two slices of Supreme.
I'm sure the ones Matt found are fine and may be big enough, just make sure your favorite pie fits.
This concludes my PSA for the day.
Thank you for the tip! I've been using baggies so a washable container would be great.
Great for pie too. :)
@@andreawilliams2386 That's a fantastic idea, thanks!
@@dianeladico1769 yes, I have one from Amazon that will hold several slices of pizza so I thought it was worth spending the 8 or 9.00 on that. It looks like the one from Dollar Tree only holds one slice maybe two.
I bought two of the pizza containers from Dollar tree and it said do not put them in the microwave or the dishwasher! He just said they were microwave safe and dishwasher safe. Which is?
I think you’re using the spoon rest backwards.
(The longer part should be catching the drips)
Correct. It even shows it on the package.
That's exactly what I was thinking he must not do the cooking 😂
1) The last time we went to the beach, we made a Dollar Tree stop as usual. We bought everyone in the family their own reusable tumbler, each in the color and style of their choice, for them to use all week at the beach and the house. Saved on washing glasses all day multiple times, and there was no danger of breakage in or out of the house. Best idea ever! 2) Leggings! Those soft leggings can be worn by anyone who works outdoors or goes hunting, skiing, etc. as an extra layer under their jeans or coveralls. If you want a fly in front, just cut it alongside the seam in front - it won't matter if it gaps open, it's under your clothes!
I bought those cups previously when they've had other colors and they are amazing so definitely if you want those cups that are in Fall colors I would say grab them before they're gone!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I got the collapsible silicone ones from Amazon for $7-8. Came with measuring spoon too
I got the colorful, collapsible, silicone ones from Amazon (Matt showed them once) for $7-8. They came with the measuring spoons too
Your Dollar Tree is amazing. Ours is hit and miss.
You are the most informative person on videos. Love all the ones you do and like you can compare Amazon prices!!!😊
2:03 Great call on the silicone utensil rest! I was able to find one at my local Dollar Tree today, along with the Oxydol mold & mildew stain remover you mentioned in last month's video. Thank you!
A great tip for reheating pasta, keep the pasta cooking water and add some to the leftovers when you repeat it. Comes out like it's freshly made.
Smart!
I bought that laundry basket and it's amazing it fits in a tight space because it's very flexible. The Dollar tree $5 yarn is awesome. The yarn is from Turkey and it's a very high quality yarn!
You had me with all the Halloween stuff .... my favorite time of the year, and one of my fave holidays!! Thanks for the heads up.
Some of the new stuff is pretty cute. Hubby bought me a new door sign for $1.25 that says fortune teller on it with cute pictures of crystal ball and dangling things. We have a glass french door and it looks nice with my cinnamon broom above it I just wish it was painted the same on both sides but I might just get some Halloween stickers and let my grandson help me decorate the back
I'm really glad to see a mention of the wax strips. I have the smaller face ones and the larger ones for the body. I've only tried the face ones so far but they are soooo good! I've purchased more expensive brand name versions of these and they were a complete waste. I have a big expensive wax machine and these work better because they are not messy, easy to control, and as or more efficient removing the hairs. And for me they seem grow to back slower with the stripes. THESE are highly recommended! ❤🎉
I've had this Stanley knockoff cups before and within a week the lid would not screw on anymore and I ended up throwing it away. Just FYI😮😮😮😮😮
In 2022 and 2023, Dollar Tree offered a 3-pack of stackable pumpkins, approx. 24" tall (orange, white or candy corn colors) for $5 per 3-pack, nested inside each other when not in use. This year they have a 12" version, in the same three colors for $1.25. Thus far they have been very difficult to find. I've hit a totaled of nine stores, while running errands or driving to and from work, and have only found them (three all orange and two candy corn colored) at three stores. Whether the other stores haven't put them out yet or did and they all got purchased, I don't know, but like with a lot of holiday things at Dollar Tree, if you see something and want it, better buy it right away.
On a related topic, 5 Below has a 3-pack of Jack-o-lanterns, each with a different expression, that measures 24" tall, nest inside each other for storage and cost $5. As far as I know they only come in orange.
The Dollar Tree ones are great for fall decor, while the 5 Below ones are great for Halloween.
I wish I had the kids headlamps. The blue thing is a blue bird going along with the camping theme. I would love to get my hands on one. I hope we get the new style lamp. I was surprised when we got the dome light and the kids lamps for 2 weeks since the other 2 styles didn’t come.
My favorite item was the picture of the washing machine for the laundry room. Kinda inception-esque. In case i forgot i was the laundry room and the washing machine and dryer isn't a clue...the washing machine picture comes in handy. Hopefully there is a whole series for different parts of the house.
Lol the bowl of the spoon goes over the big part of the spoon rest to catch the drips. You had an Amazon spoon rest a year ago and did the same thing. You must love wiping off the stove top.
Dollar tree carries a triangular plastic cleaning head and the covers and poles separate. Very handy, like a corner cat sander design-gets in corners really well!
Ooo gotta get to my dollar tree. There are lots of things I want to get. Ty for making this video. Your videos are a huge help to me.
The 72 oz pitchers at my DT don't say BPA free so I wrote to the company and got no answer; that is very concerning so I wanted your viewers to know this. The shower curtain liners also make great drop cloths for painting.
That phone holder is 5.99 on Temu and works great to stream while charging your phone if you want a vertical view so for $1.20 is a great deal
Temu allegedly steals personal data, and some have had their credit card information sold on the black market. The company also reportedly has terrible working conditions for its workers. So, be careful when buying from them. I received a phone call telling me that my "Temu parcel was ready" without my permission after signing up with them a year ago.
I need the phone holder
So many things I need to run to Dollar Tree to see if they're available 😊❤
Too bad I didn't watch this video prior to my dollar tree errand today. Even though I spent 30.00 bucks going into the store with 3 items I was looking for lol
Your information is useful, but I think I'd watch your videos even if it weren't. You're funny and do a great job reviewing items. You always leave me smiling. You've lifted many more than one of my days from the doldrums. I thank you.
still more cost effective at Dollar Tree, but the Amazon pizza holder does expand to hold multiple pieces and then can collapse for storage purposes
12:20 I almost spit out my coffee, had to hold back laughter until I swallowed it. 🤣
Wish the Florida stores got all the goodies your stores get, but I'm happy to see them, and hopeful we'll get them soon.😁
I am excited for the silicone spoon rest. I have a similar one from the 'Zon (it's a little longer) & have been wanting to buy another one. But mine runs $14 and I haven't felt like spending that much. Now I can get 2 more as backups for when I wash the main one!
The triangular container struck me immediately as a place to store a peccorino roman cheese wedge.
You are a wonderful guy your kids are so cute. Thank for giving us previews on products. Sending love Sharon white
“This Bad boy fireside joy” took me out 😆😆🤣🤣🤣
what I've learned is whatever new thing is available at your DT will be at mine in a few months. Just bought a year's worth of washing machine cleaner and drink holders. LOVE your videos!
I got the lint roller. My $Tree had over-door racks with 6 hooks. I've already put one on every door. Already come in handy.
The Oxydol also cones in bathroom cleaner. Works well! I also bought the "brown bottle" of cleaner. WOW. Cleans mirrors!
I did see the tissue tube's. But I just stocked during back-to-school.
I live within short driving distance of no less than EIGHT Dollar Trees, and none of mine are as well supplied as yours.
Let's go Matt! I'm here for it!
I am now a minimalist and don't shop as much as before but I love your videos! It is always cool hearing you talk about products. Your passion is admirable!
Thank you Matt! Great video as always, heading to DT later today. Won't be as stocked or clean as yours, but will take a look. Have blessed weekend!
😂 I can't believe you tattled on your brother in law. Love it
The microfiber wash cloths- we use the black ones for makeup removal/facecloths. The white ones are for body washcloths, and the brown are for camping.
Those coasters will turn your gathering into disco night! How cool! The skeleton tongs are cool. Thanks for another great video.

The studded tumblers are good quality for a buck 25! My daughter has the one from Starbucks thats like $20 😮 and I seriously can't tell the difference except for the Starbucks logo! 😂😂
That’s what you’re paying $20 bucks for is the logo the cup is the same😂😂😂
I’ve heard your yarn is surprisingly soft and useable!

I used to purchase things at the dollar store without a second thought but now that some of the products are up to $7, I now check online before I purchase and I have found that many items are either the same price or cheaper from Amazon or Temu and I don't have to drive to the store.
8:01 Zep works great! Thanks for the recommendation. It got mold out of my shower grout that I've been trying to get rid of for years!
“Theessee are the top 10 items that probably aren’t at your local Dollar Tree!” 😹😹
Love you, Matt and love these top 10s. I have a lot of Dollar Trees near me so there’s a chance I’ll find something.
I use the mesh bags in my dishwasher to wash small toys, like the whole bunch of Legos that I got atba church sale.
My Dollar Tree never is that stocked or has all those cool things! I've been to 3 around my area too. Still love your videos. They make me smile. I miss your influx in voice sounding sooooo excited😂😂😂
