Yes we have huge mullets here in our place caught by cast net 3 feet plus sizes. I'll try to bait with this bread. On my fishing rod they are only 4 to 10 meters away from the pier side.... I'll give this a try I was wondering if I can hook them bec they are huge and we love the taste here👍👍

Good luck they are good fighters and pull like made. I hook some big ones , wow it was great fun
Use bigger hooks and set drag cause they pull hard. Even other bigger fish will go for you baits
I like to trap them for baits, is bread a good bait to trap them?
I have seen people using bread in shallow waters to trap the smaller mullet. Don't think the big ones will go for it. Give it a try 😀

Depending where you are. Autumn is always best and late spring. If the water gets too warm they move to deeper water

I am in malta. The sea is 18 degc. When it goes above 22c or 24c the move out of the bays.

@m.muvaffakismen1746 malta sea gets hot in the bays 28c so all fish move out to deep water. Then with have the season fish 🐟 mahi mahi
