The TJ Miller joke still works but in a different way. Now it comes across as an actor willing to do anything because he's not getting work.

To be fair, the TJ Miller joke still kinda works in the sense that he must be so desperate to get acting gigs again that he'll just take whatever roles he can get.

It speaks volumes of how great his comedic writing is that even that joke aged very well, because yes, seeing it for the first time now, you'd probably assume the joke was he was so desperate to take anything lmao.

I was so far out of the loop when I first saw this Pitch Meeting, I really thought TJ Miller was an actor who, like Nicholas Cage, with his financial issues, simply took any role he was offered because he needed the money because he'd done something crazy, like get in trouble with the IRS.

Seeing that you have uploaded a new video always makes me smile. Then watching said video makes me laugh.
Occasionally you have long tangents or breaks from Screenwriter Guy and Producer Guy talking to each other, like the "tell don't show" voiceover from Avatar: The Last Airbender or the action leaving the office during BOTH Mando pitch meetings. When do you feel breaking the routine is warranted for a joke? Have you had a meeting where you originally wanted to include a long drawn out joke interrupting the two of them but had to abandon the idea as just not funny enough?

Question: What's your selection process for doing pitch meetings for older films outside of the new releases? Do you randomly pick one or have a list?
