When we first starting watch him, it was an older one where he was saying "fuck", my wife and I were laughing our asses off. I understand why he stopped, but I agree, don't censor and I'll add, keep politics out..
I will never understand why narrow-minded tools routinely come to this channel just to hate on you guys. The manner and style of your food preparations are UNIQUELY you, and that's what makes your channel entertaining and FUN. More times than not, whatever you prepare sounds and LOOKS absolutely delicious. Just consider the source of all that harsh nonsense and let it go. Those people can't fathom doing things outside of the routine, boring, and expected. They're small minded. The rest of us are here BECAUSE you do what you do. Thanks for your content, Sam and company. You are appreciated.

RE: Knives. Go to a restaurant-supply store and buy the ones the line cooks buy. They're insanely sharp, and cheap enough that if you ding or pit them, you can just replace them.
Max needs to figure out the audio levels for both you and him. Except that - great podcast.

The show is funny, witty, and very professional looking. You also get some great cooking in there too! We have tried many of your recipes now, but with our own twist to line up more with our taste for food. Just great inspiration.

I'm a young buck, but I also swear by Wusthof knives. They're some of the finest I've held, and not the same crazy price as some of the (admittedly beautiful) Japanese knives.

We are living in a world where words are increasingly being suppressed with the future intent of being completely banned and hold criminal punishment for using such words. *_1984_* should be a requirement for every person to read, because we are heading in that direction.

Love the videos and content you put out. I watch these videos with my little brother who is 6 and he loves you’re videos. He’s always asking to watch Sam and wants to try recipes all the time. Not only have you’re videos helped me find a way to bond with my brother, but has also helped me with a lot of personal stuff so thank you Sam.

Not saying Max isnt a good editor, but paying someone to edit them may be worth it in the sense of time saved. I mean, this channel is only going to get bigger. Imagine what you could do to progress the channel if you arent spending 8-10 hours editing each episode.
