Out of respect of the what just happened and what his ex-wife and children must be going through, he could have waited. Unless he was already involved with this woman before the divorce.

As I observe, most of the people who become well-known have broken marriage. Why is that so? In Muslim, we believe in evil eyes. To the situation of Khalid, since he is travelling so many places, he somehow discover many things that change his mind, like seeing many types of girls which are not present to his wife that leads his emotion to his wife faded, that's the sad reality. The best thing is in order to protect our good relationships, learn to be contented. Khalid has everything but still prioritised his happiness over his family.

The audiance fell in love with the couple they saw online. Now they feel decieved. Thats why theres so many people demanding for answers. They want to know where it all went wrong. But how??
Let me put it in perspective why this made the headlines: it came from out nowhere. No. Where. Suddenly he's engaged and that's when people find out that there's a POSSIBLE divorce. Both of them weren't talking about it when both of them build a community that was based on their family and relationship as a muslim husband and wife.
You put yourself out there so the way things got out of the bag, yeah don't be surprised when the rumour mill is being overworked. And when things are being put out of context. People want an explanation because no one saw it coming. They don't need the most intimate details but a heads up would've been nice.
You can't just pretend that chapter in your life never happened (like it was done online).

It amazes me how people, including Muslims themselves, have been constantly gossiping and slandering this couple, knowing how much such acts are condemned in Islam. I'm not going to lie and say that the news of their divorce didn't shock me, but it's not our place to jump to assumptions about what happened or to assume one wronged the other or vice versa. It really is none of our business. Honestly, it's disgusting how many people, Muslims included, have tried to use this topic as content on UA-cam and other platforms (minus this podcast of course). Let us just assume good and wish and pray for the best for both of them and their families.
