Does anyone else remember when people were allowed to take the shopping carts, filled with groceries, home and then the supermarket would send their employees to retrieve them? (Ok, I was real little then, I'm not really that old) 😂
The most difficult part was getting the shopping cart in and out of the back seat of the car! 🛒

I used to grocery shop for my mom and wheel the cart to her apartment which was about a five minute walk away. I think I had to walk it back myself, though.
If for real, there would be slip and fall lawsuits on day one. I wonder if the bumps work like the ones on the street. I sometimes move close to the right curb, so only one set of wheels hit the bumps. Half a bump instead of a whole.
