AmaZane Channel amazane you mentioned something about a survey website earlier on in your channel if you want to get money, what was the site called again?
I recently figured out how to sing in mixed voice. I’ve been able to sing a lot more songs now and it has given me a lot of confidence in singing high notes.
This is amazing. I took singing lessons for 3 years (110 $ a month) and I haven't learned how to use the mixed voice. I should have watched your videos and save the money... Edit: Oh, thank you for all the likes! ❤
That is true, everyones mixed voice is different. But that's because you can either have a chesty mix, balanced mix, or heady mix. Chesty mix sounds really powerful but could have a very shouty quality... Demi Lovato and Ailee for example use a chesty mix. Sohyang, and Tori Kelly for example have a balanced mix. Tiffany Mosley for example uses a heady mix. You honestly want a balanced mix because that sounds more pleasant to the ears for the listeners (most of the time) and it has enough richness and depth of chest voice. And the hight and brightness of head voice. So you explained mixed voice really well! Thank you for that :)
Hi there I have a chesty mix and lately when I sing with it, it makes weird sounds like ringing sounds and because of that I now can't sing high notes so do u have any suggestions on what I should do but sorry for bothering 😭
Where do you feel your voice when figuring out mixed? Back of your head, front of your face, forehead? Like for head voice and stuff, I feel that in my forehead vs my chest voice which is deeper in my chest (duh) like when I’m talking
So for me, I showed it by using the word “transitioning” and that’s how I felt the placement of my voice. It sat right between my nasal cavity and pharyngeal cavity. It resonates somewhere there. But, Yes exactly! Just start off with chest and experiment with sitting in between both registers.
Hello, I'm a voice teacher, and I am sending this video to one of my female voice students as a supplement to help her feel confidence in her mixed voice. I like your sliding demonstration! How old are you? I'll keep you updated on her success! Thank you!
this is weird cause this is exactly what i'm practicing on. from balancing diaphragm and throat. I also like how you can look back and see the improvement. :) thats dope af
Thank you so much! I literally discovered it so quick and as a male it is so much easier to hit A4-C5 now :) I would put a disclaimer like imagining give the note more air/support but not breathy if that makes sense. I "leaned" into the note and slid which helps my vocal cords remember how to hit those notes!

Best mixed voice coach on youtube is Roger Burnley! I ve been studying Brett Manning s cd s for a long time and my mix sounded exactly like yours ... ok but not with so much power. Roger s stuff made my mix sound more powerfull and I was able to belt just like I was doing it in chest voice, only that the tone was better and there is no strain at all . I totally recommend him if you want more power
And the reason you keep cracking is because... once you go from Chest to Head you can come back down but going from Chest to Mix and back down to chest I really hard because the voice is so comfortable at the mix
Ever since I got into a voice school they always mention that I transition into mixed voice whenever I'm reaching higher notes. But... I don't know how I donit either. Hahahahhaa... Its so hard to explain. All I know its in between natural and artificial voice.
@AmaZane Channel , so basically I’m a guy from the Uk that’s 15 and I have low notes abt b2 on normal days but sometimes can extend to A#2/ An A2. My highest chest voice( I’m not sure but on apps and stuff apparently it’s right) my highest note is a C#4 or D#4 depending because my teacher tells me that I use head voice to go higher but she isn’t right. Because I can go to a G#4 or higher in that “extension of chest which is probably chest or a belt) In mixed voice I can go high prob A C#5 depends on the day. I have falsetto that goes from something like C4 up to about a D6. Depends on my voice that day. And yea. I get told I’m a tenor and I’m confused because of my range right now and my teacher says I’m probably a baritone. Amazane your an amazing voice teacher(or cool person at singing) and I also get told I’m a countertenor to add. What am I? And how do I expand my range etc and sing as a tenor or baritone depending on what I am.

I just wanted to point out first that I am the one who corrected you on your tutorial. Hi, it's ASMR Producer. I don't want to correct you, but I DO want you to keep it mind that some of us experience more so a break between chest and head than a perfect transition. I've already been singing in mixed voice for a while, but because my tone is much brighter than others, I thought i was just singing in head voice with more breath support.
1:06 it gets lighter as you go into the head voice but before going fully into the head voice you stop midway and thats it the MIXED voice :') 1:54 example
Ariana doesn't always *mix* she has a *high* textural so those high notes are like her chest voice. However, Arianna has *NO* second octave range. Therefore, she can't produce a full sound or mix, without the aid of *falsetto*
I lost my VOICE 4 TIMES and because of singing / screaming but now its been 2 years even tho i dont really take that much practice but it sounded better now even tho is still bad lol 😆 thats why i want to learn mixed voice and yeah same hehhehe
ohhh myy god mixed voice and high notes are so confusing to me, I feel like i have at least five different sounds what I can make at middle-high notes???? (a4-d6), but some if them are just don't sound like singing anyway, so. BUT i was straining a lot at the age of 13 too cuz I liked christina aguilera so much and...you know. It was really awful because like, at sertain point my voice ust ends if I use only chest? My vocal cords are just like, no, girl, there's nothing higher there, no,no,no. But i kinda feel like this comes from my feeling of Christina singing really like... with effort (in a good way) and trying to recreate this feeling of hitting a powerful note even if really she dose not feels so much effort as I think she feels..if you know what I mean. Anyway, my throat was hurtin greally really bad, and sometimes I think if I had damaged my voice, but I don't know. And when I was doing some research about belting and mixed voice and it sounds so different...like, some teachers show belting and it sounds really heady to me, and some are just sound to me like people who does not have this weird end of chest voice and just can go higher without any problems, lol. And finally some of them sounded like they literally can make this third sound and I tried to start from here. But anyway, I learned how like to..yell high? I can't hold a note (dunno, maybe it is a support problem), but It does not hurt me, and sounds like high chest, but I am not sure this is right. And when I can also like..to me it feels like mixed voice, like, it is more heade but It sounds pretty belted also, resently find out I am able to make this kind of sounf, lol, pretty happy about it. and also there is a mised voice that is quiter, and a head voice and I am like.... does everyone gets so confused or is it just my vocal folds are weird???? but the point is, at the age of thirteen I thought I would never be able to sing hhigher than there my chest ended, and now I kinda now how to do it in so many different ways, lol

Can you please do a video on how to sing the bridge between head and chest voice, with stability? Whenever I try to sing the bridge, either I have to put pressure and my voice cracks or my voice sounds breathy.
Anyone else transition where your voice breaks? Chest break then head voice and no mixed voice? I've been doing the transition she taught for an hour but there's not mixed voice only chest then a croak or voice crack then head voice. If anyone else experience this and found their mixed I would really appreciate any help huhu

Thanks you helped me a lot
Can you please do a video on how to sing the bridge between head and chest voice, with stability? Whenever I try to sing the bridge, either I have to put pressure and my voice cracks or my voice sounds breathy.
Anyone else transition where your voice breaks? Chest break then head voice and no mixed voice? I've been doing the transition she taught for an hour but there's not mixed voice only chest then a croak or voice crack then head voice.
If anyone else experience this and found their mixed I would really appreciate any help huhu
