I know this video was posted a long time ago. But this actually works. I just found this video a couple weeks ago while suffering from brutal golfer's elbow. I'm so much better now. Thanks.
I'm really hoping it works. Can you pull/lift heavy loads again now? How often and long did you treat it with this routine?
You are welcome! I'm so pleased it worked for you, too.
It should work well enough that you can go back to normal routine asap...
I had golfer's elbow in my both arms for almost a month. It was painful to work out at a gym. After trying these techniques ,pain was gone almost immediately.Thank you.Best video on YT for treating golfer's elbow.
I was doing all of these other exercises and stretching found on other videos. My pain got worse. Had to stop weightlifting. Ive done this quick 3 minute routine now for 2 days. UNBELIEVABLE! It’s 80% better. Everything just released
Is it still okay with weightlifting? Inside elbow pain from pull-ups has become terrible and I'm going to try doing this routine. Somehow doubt it's going to fix it but good to hear it worked for you.
I had tendon pain in my arm for two years for doing repetitive motion with pull-ups and push-ups. I could not do a pull-up or push-up without pain for two years. I thought I would need surgery to get it fixed, but trigger points and stretching is all I needed. All it took was two weeks of following this video and it is almost like I never had a problem to begin with, I've started working out again. Thanks.
interesting, because i wander if it comes from punching on bag or barbell pushups,i like to find out what causes it
Yo brov after you started working out did the pain come back.?
@@kranyat2024 Yes but to a much lesser degree. I still have to be careful if the pain comes back I know I have to improve my form.
Try lesser gripping of the bar . Thus the lats will engage more over the forearms
@@tubewatcher117 champion for answer back since your comment was 5 years ago 🤣
I had this. Elbow hurt so bad that I couldn't move my arm. tried cold compresses and pain killers.
then I met a retired doctor at the course. He took one look and diagnosed the problem and the remedy. this occurs when you use forearms too much, such as tennis and weight lifting.
the problem is two muscles on the back of the forearm get underdeveloped and pinch a third which is located just below the elbow.
permanent remedy is to straighten your arm, make a fist and bend the fist forward and backward. this exercise doesn't touch any muscle other than that one which was getting pinched and develops that one only.
pain gone in 2 days and never came back.
told a friend about this and he got same recovery
i m experiencing the same thing from past one week due to heavy weight lifting . i feel a pinch when i open door or riding bike i guess it is getting because of wrist.can i do that exercise when the pain is still there and how many time should i do ..plz help
cz i m eager to join my weightlifting
Yes, if one muscle gets pinched by others, the exercise relieves the pain. Start slowly and keep going. As the effected muscle develops, the pain goes away permanently.
Thanks sir
Palm facing up. In my case, the elbow hurt from the slightest movement. So I started the exercise very slowly, then continued until I was doing i all the time while walking, driving, etc. As I said, two days was all it took for the pain to vanish.I continued for a month, just in case, and still do it sometimes though I've been off weight training for some time.
If possible, could you please clarify what exactly the exercise should look like?
Please check this image: i.imgur.com/Kk4j0mO.jpg
Is this the correct movement of the hand (with the fist clenched, ofcourse)?
Looking forward to your response. Thank you.
I tried a bunch of different elbow straps,, stretches and exercises. Finally went to an orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed it as tendonosis, which is normally requires surgery because part of the tendon is permanently deteriorated. As an alternative he recommended Protein Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy. They draw blood from you and run it through a centrifuge which isolates the plasma which is protein rich. Then they inject the PRP into the affected area. Then you rest the elbow for 6 weeks it worked great. It was $800, not covered by insurance It’s been 2 years now with no problems. Lookup PRP therapy on the web.
I’ve had golfers elbow for a year, nothing worked, I’ve been doing this for a week already better....amazing
Dude thank you. I had to stop upper body training . Cause the pain . I did this last night and pain is gone. It's so weird not feel it .blessings to you 🙏
Have golfer's elbow from farm work. I've tried lots of treatments. This has already helped me.
I have had this issue for a solid 6 months. Ice, bands, normal stretching didn't help. I am on day 3 of doing this and I am nearly pain free! WOW! Life changing advice here. Thank you!!!
I'm not a golfer 🏌️♂️ however I was a driver for 5.5 and OMG the pain, oh pain 😢 I found another video and this one and the pain is decreasing significantly thank you
This is fantastic! I'm a massage therapist dealing with this and panicking over the future of my career. I just followed this routine which makes COMPLETE sense! It definitely eased my discomfort and I will be using this going forward! You've certainly earned a subscriber here ❤️
Fantastic advice...didn't think I could work through the pain but this helps immensely!
TY for this!
Thank you for such a great and to the point video. I hate it when videos stretch out the information unnecessarily! This is helpful!
I am glad short and sweet works!
Had pain in my elbow for ages now. Amazing that some simple techniques like this has helped so much!!
My elbow feels so much better! Thank you Dr.
I never really comment on video's, however these techniques are amazing. I can really feel the tight and sore areas and my pain although not acute to start with has disappeared! Thank you, opinion of chiropractors changed!
This is an amazing video: very detailed, and accurate: the instructions result in exactly what he says e.g. you will find a trigger point exactly there. I will do this over and over! Thank you!
I have had this for two years now and just done this vid and its so nice for my arm to feel a relief! this really does work :)
Thank you so much for the great information
Very good Doctor. Thank You So Much.
Brilliant video, thank you very much
Thank you! Instant relief. Like many other commenters here, I've tried several things and no big improvement. Your suggestion gave instant relief. Thanks again Doc.
Recovering from hand/wrist tenosynovitis and I'm just near the tail end when my elbows start flaring up and giving me trouble. This provides much relief. Thank you!
I have looked at so many videos trying to sell 'shtuff', or for me to ice my arms. This is GOLD, instant relief. Cant wait to lift heavy again.
Holy crap. Lying in bed late night looking for vids to help with this. Very casually followed along to this routine thinking I'll try it properly tomorrow. By the time i finished i couldn't figure out which part of my elbow the pain had been in. WT actual F I've had this issue for months. I'm not cured of it but will definitely keep doing this.
I am so thrilled you found your relief, and so fast. I too methods from acupuncture theory and altered them to work in a faster way in a DIY (do it yourself0 approach.
Woke up at 3AM from pain. Frantically self diagnosed myself. Found this video after 3 others. Relief was immediate. Thank you!
the reason you likely woke with the pain is probably the same reason I've got tennis and golfers elbow. I always, slept with my arm by my face or under head or by my ear, may sound weird, but it is a difficult habit to correct. I at times have to make my arm keep straight throughout the night and put my wrist in between my knees. If Im not being conscience about it and my hand stays by my face for 3 or 4 hours throughout the night, my inner elbow in the morning will be in so much pain it's hard to straighten my arm to use the restroom or make coffee. btw the arm straight down, fist rotating forward and back has work. sometimes I open the hand and spread fingers out, this hurts tho. hope everyone gets their pain under control here. thanks
If this works on me, you're my man! Thanks a lot for this video and Greatings from Germany
This was very effective! thanks!

Yep - this really works extremely well - thank you!!!!
Thank you !
Thanks mark brill tips doing them now.🇬🇧👍
I just started using this technique. After each time my arms feel very relaxed and I don't really feel the pain. I had been taking Ibuprofen every day but have stopped. This seems to have helped, hopefully this continues. Thank you for the informative video. I will continue to use the technique.
esto es oro.
thank you dr
I've had golfers elbow for about 8 months now. Watched many videos exercises to relieve the pain but none of them were helpful for me. Just tried this technique and instantly felt better. Thank you so much.
How often did you do the exercises? I've had golfer's elbow for 6 months now. Physio has helped but I still have some pain in elbow bone when I returned to golf last week.
@@eoinbairead3924 hi, I was doing this exercise for a few weeks. The sharp pain was gone almost immediately but took a few weeks for the bulk of the pain to go. I remember waking up one day and just realised the pain was gone.
I would say 3x a day when you are relaxed and can do it well. Stop when feeling better... start again if the problem continues later. No need for surgery or NSAIDS.
Great to hear. Let me know what other content you'd recommend for the channel.
Been looking for this video for a while!
Did it work for you? Let me know.
I didn't expect this to work tbh the whole day I had elbow pains and I couldn't stretch it out without it hurting but after doing these excersizes the pain is gone by 90% and I can stretch my arms without any pinches on it thank you so much
Excellent. I am trying this now. I believe I have a overuse injury. Interestingly, my left elbow swelled up about four years ago for similar reasons. I had just changed my eating habits (went purely vegetarian) and did lots of arm balances in Yoga. My personal issue is I already have a left-sided weakness, this didn't help. I believe my body is Tony just take a REST and eat the foods I used to eat (well balanced). I look forward to doing these exercises. Much gratitude. 🙏
THANK YOU SO MUCH i WILL DO THESE !!! GOD BLESS YOU ! i REALLY just have pain IN THE BONE of the elbow now
Thanks so much Dr. Wiley. I´m a massage therapist, and I started to feel some minor discomfort in the medial epicondyle (probably I´m rotating my wrists radialy while applying pressure). I´ll use your method and keep you posted of the result. Thanks again.

grazie mille dottore che bella informazione lle rengrazio tantto col tutto il cuore Dio le bendiga tantto salutti desde Italia ciao
wow, just did this and wow.....definitely released....
I just tried this.. feels better already I must keep it on going
thanks worked great, though you should not stretch unless it releases tense muscle and improves blood flow as the tendonitis is caused by over stretching.
Thanks for sharing this info! I've been doing the exercises for a few days (for 'golfer's elbow" which is actually 'potter's elbow/lifter's elbow' in my case ;-) ) and they seem to help. One observation on the second-to-the last exercise, rubbing the area: it makes more sense to me to rub not down towards the wrist, but up towards the shoulder, towards the lymph nodes in the armpit, which would help the lymph system clear out the excess fluids. What are your thoughts on this? thx
I did this before with my left arm and it totally healed immense pain and has never returned but now i have the problem in my right arm so i am back :)
Hi, i just made the exercises live when listening the video and i got instant pain relief. So thanks a lot for these tips! :)

wow Releasing the pec really did it for me. Thanks!
You are very welcome, I am so pleased it works for you, too!
i think i got this by the ay i over exert my palms on the computer keyboard from an angle of laying on the floor. now when i workout, concentration curls are a problem because of this. used to come and go. i'll give this a shot.
This works great. You cover the whole arm and shoulder. The missing link to pain relief and healing.
Thank you for the suggestion! I will make these videos and upload soonest.
Absolutely fantastic video, few minutes and it's gone
you're my hero!this worked wonders!!!thanks a damn lot dr wiley!

thanks dr W!
Awesomeee....
Interesting video Mark. Thanks. Question ... Since golfer's elbow mostly effects the trailing arm, do you alter this technique when applied to the leading arm? My recent elbow attack was a bleeder and I'm out of the game for 9 weeks. Need to "treat" trailing arm and thought I'd practice prevention on my lead arm.
Do you have a video like this but for bilateral epicondilatis please?
I just came open from a round yesterday when on the front nine I thought I tore the inside of my forearm just below the elbow. First time I have ever had pain from golfing. The pain was there ever time I moved to quickly or pulled on something with my arm Swollen below the elbow. came home from work and searched for an answer. Dr Wiley thanks! To early too tell if this is a permanent cure for me but after 1 session my pain was reduced by 50 %. I will be doing this from now on. Thanks again.
Wow! It works!!!!!
Thank you for your video! It really helped with my golfers elbow and the pain gradually went away.
at the start of this video couldn't extend my arm without pain, now my elbow pain is completely gone. remarkable thanks doc
i dont understand the Last trigger point location,is it above or under the collarbone?and is t 3 fingers inwards/to the side from where the collarbone is conected?and the just above or below the collarbone or again 3 fingers down?
Should this be done just once a day and everyday? Going through a very bad case of golfers elbow and looking to try anything that may help.
Thank you so very much you are more than a miracle
You are very welcome, I am so pleased it works for you, too!
wow tqvm
Any thoughts on releasing or stopping a twitching muscle above the elbow (underneath the bicep when looking at inner side of arm). Thanks!
Does this apply to golfers elbow in tennis players as well? Notice you talking about the shoulder area in reference to golfing. Mine is hurting during forehand swings.
my fingers don't close automatically
God bless
any knows/thinks this injury could come from either barbell pushupps9maybe wrong movement)or punching of bag(without gloves)
