Great flying, Jason. Loved seeing that "flash of green" under the wing when you touched down. Enjoy Osh Kosh!
I told Jason he better hit the dot or I can’t sign him off.
"High dollar lights". That's classic and even better than a good rock acknowledgement. lol
Was eager to watch you land at Oshkosh all week. “The KING of landings has landed! ” On target as expected. Thanks Jason, always fun to watch.
With other aircraft that close it exceeds my person minimums. My heart is racing just watching y'all manage this arrival. Awesome job
I was clapping for you! Good Rock!👏
Jason with the high dollar lights…good rock sir!!
Wow! I was nervous just watching that! That's alot of air traffic to navigate. Kudos to everyone involved at Osh Kosh and to Jason and Coach Ray for making it look easy! I think I would've 💩 myself at some point along the way! 🤣😂
“Cessna with the high-$$$ lights rock your wings” Classic
Great job ...busy, busy...very nice landing.
Pleasure to see you again at Oshkosh Jason. You really made a great impression on my son who is thinking about starting his training. You gave him a copy of the new Private Pilot Blueprint and he thought he won the Lottery. He told me that he definitely wants to do his ground school with you when he's ready. Thank you again for your time with him and making him feel special. It was probably the highlight of his Oshkosh experience.
Thank you my friend! Can't wait to see you all next year and hear a progress update!
@19:20 Good job, good! 😀💪 I hope i could also fly someday to oshkosh!
Funny as ……Flash
Great Vid excellent flying.
Tower: Cessna, you can set it down now
Jason: Na, I’m gonna go ahead and hit the green dot. You know, for UA-cam and all.
Great job!
Great rock and right on the green dot! You guys are AWESOME!!!
I felt like I was right there with both of you flying Into OshKosh, What a Great video and what an experience thanks for sharing can’t wait to watch the departure!!!👍🏽👍🏽🇺🇸
I was holding my breath for the rocking wings action! That was gr8!
Great video, it was great following your flight
BRAVO ZULU! GOOD JOB × 3 "high dollar lights"!
High dollar lights ... NICE!!! Had me laughing as well.
Very fun to watch, quite an experience! Excellent job.
Nicely done!
Very nice. Made it look easy.
Awesome job guys!…….enjoyed watching 😊
Jason and Coach that was a great video. I think I could fly it now!
Good job guys!
Awesome video Sir. I was nervous just watching. I'm going to do that one day in my Avid Magnum. What a thrill. CYQT 👍🇨🇦👍
Great job guys, much better than my SimVenture approach lol! Always enjoy your videos!
Awesome Video Jason! Great Rock! And Excellent Landing!!
Excellent Video and Excellent Flying! Perfect Landing On The Green Dot. Thank You.
I never miss the greatest aviation spectacle and Im always amazed at the efficiency and safety with which they accept so many aircraft - this video almost makes it look easy. Great video guys !
Awesome job Jason
Loved every minute of this. Great following along all week too, 👍
Thanks for this awesome video Jason. I learned a lot from you when stuff where "a bit hard" during my flight lessons. Regularly I watch your content to stay up to date. Let me know if you come one time to The Netherlands. Enjoy Oshkosh!
Great rock mate....cheers from Australia
good green dot too ;)
Cool video! I liked the soft-field taxi technique at the end. Good demo!👍
Really nice! Enjoyed that quite a bit 🤓 The ‘green flash’ should feature heavily when retelling that story.
Good job! Good job!
Amazing!
haha that was a great vid, and right on the wing rock, i love it! I fist pumped it too
I must know what are these high dollar lights. hahahahaha great job
haha THE ROCK REACTION WAS EPIC! I found myself grinning along with both of you!
Enjoyed.
Superb😎👍👍
Great shot at 25:00 when the reflection from the green dot turns the cockpit green.
Enjoyed that video! Love the whole sequence.. nice team work... great communication of what you were doing... and nice landing on the green spot! As an Australian pilot I wish to have such an experience one day... felt like I was right there with you
I would've been in the back seat with my phone on this flight Lol! Amazing video!
High Dollar Lights - LOL, new call sign!
That was pretty funny to hear
Enjoyed every minute! Brings back memories of flying into OSH19… I had hoped to see 23MZ there that year but the storms had other ideas!
Nice job
Nice!
Rock n Roll 🥁
Wow Green Dot too! Just like the EAA Podcast. Are you sure this wasn’t a set up?
Rock your wings
My hometown!
Good Rock!
Great job Jason and Coach Ray! I was wondering how you would have handled the 36 approach with the gusting side winds. Would it have been a no flap landing like at FWA?
I heard you guys were there AFTER I was already on my way back to NYC lol
When we do fingertip formation in the USAF T-6 Texan II trainer I believe our clearance from the other aircraft is 4-10 ft ish. I fly the KC-135R now and we do formation at 1 mile and 500ft in Boeing 707s 😂
By high dollar lights, did the Fisk controller mean the shine from Jason’s pearly whites? 🧐
What an insane, wonderful arrival procedure! I'd love to have been a fly on the wall at the planning meetings. Has there ever been any accidents due to the arrival procedure? I don't think so, it works so well! Amazing video! Loved the green color bathing your ceiling at the moment of touchdown! I'm a commercial, instrument-rated pilot, but I'll probably be a bit nervous doing this next year!
Great rock! Hahaha
airmanship!
If the airplanes were equipped with missiles, the Fisk Arrival would be very interesting!
Will there be a departure video? Hope so!
That wasn't a rock, that was a RAWK! Hi dollar lights haha.
As a UK student pilot I was clenching tight just watching that! Nice teamwork. Do you get bonus points for nailing the green dot? :)
Whoa! What did you do with Matt? Is he on the wing?
Good job guys. How far did you have to travel in the grass? Looks well maintained. I didn't realize and learned something new - pilot never talk to the controllers heading into Oshkosh! Again, nice landing.
It was a very long taxi!
There are circumstances where one _can_ talk to Fisk. [1] if they invite it by giving you a choice of runway or other chit-chat (e.g. "Where are you coming in from today?") [2] Advising them that you are a flight (group of aircraft together) [3] emergencies such as Low Fuel or Mayday
11:40 use your altimeter 1800 ft on qnh from the ATIS
Nice video except didn't see a pre-landing checklist done....??
What lights do you have ?
What is the long black tube next to the pilots head by the temp probe. Is that a Camera? And if so what kind?
It’s a GoPro 10 on a frame mount
Actually it’s the drain tube. I realized now what you were referring too
Did you do just 10 degrees of flaps?
Better video of more out front sight seeing.
I think I was commenting in the chat and then it disappeared on me. What happened?
Video frame rate wrong?
Too bad Fisk didn’t say, “Good rock, Jason!” Don’t they recognize 23MZ?
his new nick name, "Jason green Dot "..lol
How do you judge 1/2 mile spacing? (Gunsight? Lol or dot on the windshield?)
I was using a combination of ForeFlight-ADSB, onboard radar and vfr sectional waypoints.
What are "high dollar lights"?
I was wondering the same thing. Can someone please explain?
They are called Wig wags. They flash in sequence and are very bright. I can’t recall the name of the company they are from but you can see them from pretty far away. They look pricey lol
@@coachraythepilot5759 Thanks for the explanation!
LOL but he did not say good rock
The whole process seems unsafe.
Seems like the safest possible way to handle the amount of traffic they have coming in 🤷♂️
Not having these procedures in place would be unsafe.
@@kevindavis8175 Thank you. I am not commenting on what is not. I am commenting on what is.
