Thank you for a lovely class. I am a yoga teacher from Montreal Canada and I feel like this is the only yoga I want to teach. The benefits are astounding to me. Namaste 🙏❤️🇨🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
Bonjour Gail! It's so lovely to hear from a fellow Canadian yogi 🥰 I'm in New Brunswick....it's been about 10 years since I visited beautiful Montreal. My husband and I are hoping to visit again soon ❤️ Thanks again for saying hello. Namaste xoxo
Are those 🐲 intense! But I really enjoyed 🐈 pulling its tail, almost fell asleep there! Thank you for sharing, great practice for those who stay seated for many hours. Namasté 🙏🏻 Cecilia 🕉️
Hello Cecilia! Ooooh baby yes, those dragons are fierce! I love cat pulling its tail, too, especially to close a hip intensive practice. Thank you so much for sharing your insights and comments. It's always an honor to have another yoga teacher share their practice with me. Lots of love, Brittany xoxo 🙏🏼💗

Dear Marie Jose, I am so sorry to hear UA-cam is still making it difficult to comment...I'm still not sure why? I appreciate that you keep trying because I do enjoy hearing from you! Thank you for sharing your practice with me again. I do hope your friend resonates with Kaveri Patel's lovely poem. Sending you lots of love from Canada 💖🌞 (PS. I think you tried to send a donation via PayPal but it came through as a payment request/invoice hehe)
Thank you so much for your incredible generosity Marie Jose ❤️❤️❤️ I'm always looking to improve my filming, sound and editing gear so this was much appreciated. You are amazing and I'm so grateful to correspond with you each week. Take care xoxo
Thank you so much for your wonderful calming and loving energy. Normally from the Netherlands and now on my Apulia (Italy) holiday I love to give myself permission to follow your classes. It makes my day! thank you so much

Wishing you success beyond your wildest dreams dear one. Namaste Hali (Bodacious Betty's is my business name)

It fills my heart with so much joy to know these yoga practices have helped you in your yoga journey. I hope you continue to take good care of yourself my friend 💕 Sending you lots of love and healing vibes. Namaste, Brittany xo
It feels like its been forever since I practiced with you! Thank you for this, Brittany! I'm teaching my own cannabis yin classes now and it feels bananas. I love the simplicity of your teaching style. I feel so lousy goosey! Thank you my sweet friend
Hello Jessica! 🥰 What a wonderful surprise to see your message in my inbox! It's so nice to hear from you - and I love hearing that you finished your training and are teaching now...so exciting! I wish I lived closer so I could join ❤️❤️❤️ lots of love xoxo
Hello Fiona! Aw, thank you so much for your incredibly sweet concern. I'm taking a little break from filming/creating right now to focus on self care while I go through fertility treatments. I promise I will be back soon to continue sharing my love of yoga ☺️ I hope you are doing well, too. Namaste xo
Hello Laura ❤️ Thank you so much for checking in again! You are so thoughtful. I am currently going through my third round of fertility treatments and trying to hope for the best. I've been planning some new practices to film so I hope to be back soon. I hope you are well, too, Laura! Sending you lots of love xo
Hello ❤️ Unfortunately, I don't know a lot about coming back to yoga after laparoscopic surgery. I would consult your physician for the best advice. I wish you a speedy recovery 🙏❤️ xoxoxo
Hi Jenn! Yes, that's a chinese money plant in the left corner 🌿😍 I actually didn't know that it goes by that name, I had to google it...I usually call it a Pilea plant or a friendship plant. I love learning something new everyday hehe 😊
Ooh I just searched it by that name, too. It's so beautiful. I think the name "friendship plant" sticks with me because it is so easy to propagate. I've shared it with 4 other friends already 💖
I'm not sure of the name of the plant on the upper left side, unfortunately. The one on the upper right is a pothos plant. Pothos are amazing because they grow well even in lower light conditions, don't need to be watered often and propagate very easily. Take care :)
Ahhhhhhhh ahhhhhhhhh how delicious was this my Brilliant Brittney 👏....so very much needed....in dragon on L SIDE as u said something about the mind..my monkey 🐒mind was on the go...I'm said breathhhhhhh focus on breath...inhale 4..3..2..1 hold exhale 1..2..3..4 ....just amazing I am so grateful to have had this time with youuuuu💚💚💚💫💫💫

Hi Brittany, thank you so much for sharing. Wonderful practice ❤️ I have a question for you; Shoelace just doesn't work for me at all. Can't do full shoelace as my knees are garbage and well, I just generally don't fit into that shape at all, but half shoelace only seems to stretch my hamstring? Which doesn't seem to be the point of the pose. Today I did some figure 4's on my back as I thought it would target a similar area? Any suggestions for half shoelace or different/better alternatives to figure 4? I hope things are starting to warm up there, at least a bit? Thanks again, nameste 🙏 ❤️
Hello Paul! I am so sorry it has taken me a while to get back to you. I've been taking a little break from my social media apps 😊 I love that you listened to your body and didn't hang out in shoelace when it didn't feel right. Figure 4 on your back is a great alternative. I love Figure 4 against the wall during the longer holds so my hands and arms don't strain/get so tired. Have you tried shoelace on your back? This website has some really nice instructions and pictures: yogadrops.wordpress.com/5-x-5-x-10/week-4-shoelace-pose/ Half shoelace feels the same in my body, too. I find all the sensation in the hamstrings of my extended leg. Some of my students in my public classes like half shoelace when they fold forward and veer to the left (ie. away from the bent right leg). I'm not sure if that would work for your anatomy? Yes, things are finally warming up here on the chilly East Coast. Are things cooling down for you? I hope you have a great weekend!💗 Brittany xo
@@TimberlakeYoga Hi Brittany, thank you so much for your advice. I did reclined shoelace ages ago and it really worked for me, I just totally forgot about it as it doesn't seemm to get used often. I'll do that from now on, I think. I have to remember about figure 4 against the wall too- it can be bit too yang if I'm trying to relax into my practice, otherwise it's a pose I really enjoy. Thanks again 🙏😊❤️
