Yin Yang Yoga | Strengthen & Stretch Shoulders, Chest, Upper Back
Welcome,
This is a 35 minute yin yang practice that places extra emphasis on strengthening and stretching the upper body. We flow slowly and close to the ground for the first 15 minutes and then hang out in passive, yin shapes for the last 20 minutes. For props, you may like to have a blanket (for sensitive knees during the yang portion) and 2 blocks (for the yin portion).

    Love the way you give the instructions in a simple short slow manner which allows us to get into the pose gently and gives one time to experience the pose and relax in the pose. Finally a yoga class without too much talking. Perfect❤ MORE CLASSES LIKE THESE WOULD BE GREAT WITH ADVANCED POSES.

    Loved the long silent holds. Modified and did reverse dragon due to partial tear but still had a wonderful quad stretch

    It has been a while since I've joined one of your practices and it felt like coming home, or catching up with a good friend. I love that you have shared all these videos and seem very much calm and like yourself. Reflecting back on how I've changed since watching your videos, yin yoga has become more and more present and I have also become more calm. And I've taught a real life yin class when our teacher did not show up last-minute. It showed me how much I've learned by all the different teachers I've had, both online and offline.
