More people need to listen to this. RF, DCA and other "indiscriminate destroyers of tissue" are not doing any favor to patients. Providers need to realize that many people seeking neck rejuvenation are best served with deep plane approach. On the other hand, deep plane neck lift is quite an operation (you miss to mention that usually it is done with this tiny incision), certainly not for the faint of heart surgeon!
