i think more people are getting under eyes bags than the doctors suggesting! it happened to me as well with crows feet injections, as well as dry eye and partial facial palsey
Yes!! I'm a new injector, but my patient was probably too old, but treating her crow feet caused horrible under-eye bags!! She's not mad at me, but happy she figured out that she'd rather have crow's feet than bags, and I learned of that possible outcome with older people with saggy skin.

I am so glad I found this channel as Doctor Tim has answered my questions for me. I had botox for the first time several months ago and not had it since. I developed chipmunk cheeks and bunny lines which has now been explained by Dr Tim. I also found when I woke up in the morning and looked in the mirror I was very puffy around my eyes. So that has put me off botox from now on. I will have to get on with having crows feet running down my cheek. Great information on here

I've got botox four days ago and there is not much of a difference but I have a bit of swelling in the corner underneath the right eye will this go or what could it be there was a bit of stinging at the tear duck on that eye the next day after getting it done.

Just done mine 6 days ago, apart from my eyes kind of crease under my eyes and also look weird when I laugh, I got dry eyes and I just came out of chronic dry eyes treatment 2 months ago that suffered with for years.
I did Botox in 2016 and thought never again but I was told one week ago that there is only Botox to look less old around the eyes. But now seriously, it's going to be that last Botox in my life Wish there was something else than Botox because I am suffering again with dry eyes
nadsyw1 same since my eyes became deformed and hooded my eyes are always in pain. Had injections that went wrong in December. I hate botox. I wish I never got it so young its made me so depressed to go from a beautiful young 26 year old to looking tired old and fat. That shit aint safe.

So during those six months, you're alleging that botox caused you to become tired looking, age you by 13 years AND made you fat?
The botox had worn off by the time you posted that, and certainly by now; have you since lost the weight and become 26 again?

So I got the dry eye after Botox and called the lady who did who has been doing Botox for years to tell her about my symptoms, she tried to act like it’s not from the Botox and she’s never even heard that happening before. 🤦♀️why would she act like that!
Side of the nose tox only last 3-5 days for me!!! Hate that!! Maybe if I do 2 injections on both sides so 4 total I’ll have to try that!!
I developed the lines under the eye from the Botox. A different technique was used the second time but didn’t help much. Have you found a solution to this yet? Would filler be an option to help the wrinkle that develops as a result of the Botox?

I just had Botox for crows feet and one shot was given to close to the corner of my eye and the Botox migrated towards the eyelid . I wonder what will happen. ? The injector massaged and put pressure going outwards. I think the needle was very superficial and that is why it migrated ?

Thank you for this video. I had Botox in my forehead, crows feet and a little eyebrow lift just over a month ago and I’ve had eye pain ever since. It’s a dull ache in my eyebrow and sometimes i can feel the ache near my nose and in my cheek. I have been to see an eye doctor who’s told me my eye in general is fine. So I’m presuming it’s to do with muscle or never damage? Have you heard of this pain before and will it go away as the Botox wears off?
I’m very sensitive and find Botox to feel somewhat annoying or headachy for up to 6 weeks after treatment then it goes away for a for about three months until the toxin starts to wear off and then it can be a little tweaky as my movements come back fully. Hopefully your discomfort will subside .
i have nerve damage from hyalouronic. did ur pain go away?

@@Hamaden, amen!!! I’m mid 40s and starting to see sons of aging. I’ve been told I’m beautiful my whole life, but thankfully, my self worth is _not_ caught up in how I look!! I’m willing to let myself age, and I’m _not_ willing to risk my health & well-being just to maintain something that isn’t necessary to my self worth in the first place.
I don’t think anyone in my life is going to care if I start looking old. 😂
And so funny, my closest friends are very beautiful, and we *all* are against any kind of injection or procedure, and we’re all seeing ourselves age. To me, it’s a beautiful passage of time. ❤
My last treatment of Botox caused terrible under eye bags, one eyelid required manual opening of the eye every morning, and to top it off , one area near my brow remained so tender it was unbearable to touch for 6-8 weeks.
Did the under eye bags ended up going away ?
I have the same issue. It is not going away after 1.5 years.

Hello? I am having the same issue and it has been 5.5 -6 months since my injection . My eye bags caused from Botox have not improved. When did it get better for you? Did it ever get better? Will I go back to normal??
I’m looking for confirmation that my side effect has a legitimate causation from Botox. I am fearful because I’m not finding support for my side effects. 3 days post neurotoxin into my forehead and 11’s area, I developed right upper eyelid twitching. It’s nearly nonstop. However, at that point, I associated it with mild stress, fatigue and age. I went back for my free 10 day touch up and got more in forehead and 11’s area as well as tiny bit above eyebrows. 2 days post touch up, the twitching massively increased and then involved lower right eyelid and started slightly in my left upper eyelid. Because of the acute onset’s, I feel it’s a strong possibility it’s from neurotoxin but not finding much about this and am fearful since it’s bilateral vs unilateral. Please advise if you will.

It might be "inconvenitant" to you but I assure you a dropping wrinkled eye lid is dramatic!!!! I wanted to start cautiously my brows looked like yours one high one low she put 1 "drop" to bring up low brow, and 2 "drop" on "11's" and 1 "drop" God why I wish I knew why") on my perfect brow the only thing that was effected was my one good brow that now looks like im 80 yr.s old. nothing on the 11's or the low brow which is now super high
Hi, I had botox exactly one week ago bunny lines, crows feet and she injected under the undereye lid, I bruised on one eye and now have a dent near my nose cheek area (feels super heavy to smile or talk for long periods of time on the side of face with the dent) and LARGE noticeable amounts of blood pooling under both eyes. I have had botox before and never have had these reactions, it is terrible. Please advise on what I can do to ease these symptoms until the botox wears off and will i have any long lasting effects post botox with these side effects? Any advice will help!

What about severe bags under eyes after treating crowd?
I seem to be developing dimples under my eyes when I smile. They weren't there when I was younger... 29 now. Botox for 4 years around eyes and bunny lines. Dr says she thinks I've always had them. Been going to her for almost two years... I really didn't have those dimples by my nose/under eye when I smile until the past two years. I examine my face closely... Always have. In pictures too... Is this just a sign on aging or could you speculate it's from long term Botox use (4 years)?

Trish Kownatzki yes it will push the cheeks down especially when you smile and make the lines more pronounced by the mouth .

Please help, I had Botox three days ago and yesterday I woke up with blurred vision, similar to feeling drunk. It felt worse this morning so headed to moorfields to check eyes, apparently they are ok but think the Botox has migrated. I have a toddler and a full time job, and can’t function. Is there anything that can help? I’m so scared.

@@parusiakim hello I am sorry this happened to you too. My eyes look a whole lot better since I wrote the above question. At 6 months after the injections below and to the sides of my eyes, the Botox was not completely gone yet. I knew this because my wrinkles were so much worse than they had ever been when I smiled. Slowly, the Botox wore off and now my smile wrinkles are back to how they were before the Botox. It’s been 11 months since the Botox first took effect. However, I still have eye bags that I didn’t have. I am hopeful though, because some days are worse than other days and in the morning they are worse than in the evening. So I do still have hope that those will slowly improve. Some people said they went back to normal after 6 months and some say it took a year. So try to live your life as normally as you can while you wait. What happened to me was that the constant worrying made me lose my appetite and I lost about 7 pounds of weight. Now I am trying to take care of myself so that I gain back that weight.

It will get better as it wears off. If you were over injected it will take longer. I had probably the same issue. To close to the eye and the lower center as well. Just had it redone a few weeks ago at a different place. They thought I was nuts cause I kept emphasizing how the last guy gave me bags and wrinkles and not to inject the lower center. Got much better results. More natural. But it is super drying. So I might not do the eye area again or if I do maybe limit it to once a year. I don't mind a few natural wrinkles. Finding a good person is so super hard. And price is no guarantee of results. Good luck. It will get better. 🙌🙌🙌💖💖💖
Hello, i think I was over injected many times in my crows feet because I have wrinkles in odd places too directly under my eyes when I smile. It’s caused me a lot of pain and body dysmorphia. :( Was your crows feet area smooth after Botox and then you developed the under eye wrinkles? You said it got better after a few months, right? I’m sorry for all the questions…. I just feel so hopeless.
Can the eyeball actually sink from botox? Ugh I have to do filler on the eye bone because it needs filler now after botox. Doing bunny lines caused me a dent in my cheek right out from there it was injected. Now had to fill that too. Also left my nose looking much thinner where was injected and laugh lines much worse because of the skin that does pull up and makes the nose look pointy now. She injected in my cheek. The big pull up muscle 😭😭😭😭 sooo that makes laugh lines worse too because the cheek wont flow up like it suppose to now. It hangs into the laugh line. I had my laugh lines filled looking decent. Now they look deep again because of this. Brows got heavy too. I dont know what in the world she was doing. It also caused dents along the temple bone area where injected. Had to fill that with little filler too now. Looked hollow and boney 🥴🥴 Im so over it

Coco Chocs It just needs done correctly for your face and def on the lighter side. You can always add more, but you are stuck with too much up to 2

Too much botox for you...My friend regularly has botox but on one occasion went to someone else for the treatment. She ended up with a large bruise at the side of her eye. As for her eyebrows, they were so low down they were resting on her eyeballs.......so funny. Not for her though, as she had to put up with for several weeks
I got botox 4 weeks ago and the nurse injected way too close to my right eyebrow. My eye now seems bigger than the other and my eyelid gets swollen on and off. I feel eye pain well. Would my eye go back to normal? Any recommendations?

Tretinoin, it takes time but helps. Mix with a little moisturizer at first until your under eye skin is use to it. Laser can help too but need experienced person to preform.
I was over injected in my crows feet and erbium laser helped my line/wrinkle under my eye. Laying off of Botox around the eyes from now on. I heard once it fades the skin will return to normal because the entire muscle will be functioning in unison instead of just the muscle under the eye overcompensating
Dysport deformed my eye socket the muscle was eaten and now its sunken. I look so weird and I’m 25 so I’m fucked.

Why would people with a crease above their eye possibly get worse after Botox?
The outermost edges of the forehead muscles that aren't treated with Botox end up overpulling on the arch of the brow. You can get a Spock brow with a little curved line above it. Solution is a drop of Botox right above there.

I’m only 25 I never looked like this before I was so pretty and now I look so weird :( my eyelids and eyes are sunken literally my eye socket muscles deteriorated and I have bags. Some recovered after a year, others did not.
It’s because botox lasts for 4 months approximately for some people 3 months only. Once I started seeing sings of it wearing off after 1 month only..
I think when too much botox is put around the brow area the heaviness of it causes the brows to sag and it stretches the skin. Once the botox wore off I still noticed excess skin which I never had before. When they say it goes back to how it was before is a lie. I have before and after pics to prove it.
@@katiesayles4895 it's not the heaviness or weight of the product, it's the placement of it. You could get a consult with an ocular plastic surgeon, they might be able to help you.
