Absolutely incredible transformation buddy. Learned so much once again.
With a lead tray, are they needed for cavity wall windows, or is it just for single skin/wooden frame?
And in what way was the rubber roof installed shockingly? I’m curious to know!
Will you be doing a follow up with you putting the trims on?
Finally, what do you do about insulating that area with the electric cable?

      Thanks mate!
Only on timber framed( bay windows, roof dormer windows etc)
Regards to EPDM rubber roof, it should be bonded to solid deck. The one about the flat was layed loose over debris so on the wind will flap and debris will puncture the membrane. Also, the amount of debris was shocking. The membrane looks as layed over ploughed field having 6" dips where water pooled. I've posted a video couple of weeks ago attempting temporary repair

Regards to trims, I'll try but, it will be hard with worrying of the ladders
I treated all bay structure with wood treatment. Socket was relocated outside of the bay. 90mm rigid insulation between the studs and 25mm over the lot, and then plasterboard. Same as I did on timber porch in bungalow refurb. It works well
      All the best 👍🙂
