I can't help but reply to you. Because I love sir Nikolas Tesla too- A philosopher, Prophet, Scientist, Sorcerer, and very impactful- Truly one of the men the Universe has ever sent to better the lives of men and every living Being. Tesla, an underistimated god!
@@armelasamay1246 Thank you for seeing him as the phenomenal genius true gentleman he was and blows my mind how some don't give him the respect he deserves, once met a fella that asked me out to brunch and i asked him his thoughts on Nikola which he replied he was a silly old man and let's just say I never did go to brunch👍
My English teacher taught me about this video. This is more accessible than a book translated into Japanese. Reflecting on my emotions, thoughts and even shits seems vary important.I would like to develop a new habit on a dairy night basis.
To the *incredible person* seeing this, I wish you all the best in life❤ don't over blame yourself, accept things and go forward. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn the skills needed and get after it, all the keys to a happy life is in your hands. Keep pushing.
I like this video and think it’s excellent .. I’ve passed it on , however the advertising at the end dampens the spirit of the ultimate intention for me … cest La vie I suppose
The only one I find counter productive is the negative visualisation. He obviously was a wise man, I am surprised he couldn’t grasp the principles of LOA.
Do all the Stoics teach--in short, live an exemplary life. And still die, most probably of painful cancer or heart disease (1 in 3 odds) ... or a horrible accident (1 in 10 odds). And probably die when you are most happy. No ... the Stoics didn't call it; the Absurdists did. Therefore, if you can imagine Sisyphus happy, you are on your way. Best to drop religion, unrealistic philosophy, superstitious spirituality and face facts with as much courage and dignity as you can muster.
The principles of virtue as a foundation for a good and successful life are truly universal among all big schools of thought that stood the test of time
I spent two decades of my life living like an irresponsible, broke and pathetic loser. I realized over a year ago that change can only happen with discipline, enormous sacrifice/trade offs and some luck. Even then, change is slow, gradual and painful. I've learned to set aside all expectations of outcome and simply do. That journey led me to these videos on Stoic philosophy (as a way of coping with the rapid changes occuring in my life on a daily basis). I'm reading Meditations right now and will admit many chapters have moved me to tears (it's silly I know). When I picture Aurelius, with the weight of the world and an empire on his shoulders writing with such humility, discipline and honesty it really puts things in perspective for me. I'm midway through chapter 6 and it's easily one of the best self help books I've read.
One of the last good emperors of the Roman Empire - thankfulness - journaling - prepare for the worst - focus on the tax at hand - you have power over your mind - don't allow others to negatively affect you - take control of your thoughts and focus on the postives - review your day everyday at the end of the day - mediate on your death
I trust nowadays everyone believe that it was a Tsar Solomon... Both info are fake news, since none of them printed it via touch screen for sure! Hope this helps ®

As a cynic, number 1 is out there for me. I prefer mental murder.
The most important realization a person can have is to release resentment over the things that are not in your control

Action for common good! Yeah that means an individual is expected to act for the common good! Which is a load of crap
Marcus aurelius say it ain't crap, yous say it is. Who's right?
Horrid voice please put your mouth further away from the microphone. Have got to turn off

I know what you mean on feeling like you werent really responsible for years.
Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.
Wow, this is like Paris Hiltons "Dont be poor"
Jesus teaching is far more superior.
You have to try to observe the observer.
Incredibly illuminating!😃
