Cecropia and breaffruit are beautiful trees..both on my list to add to my food forest, but it isn't easy to find Thanks for sharing your amazing collection of fruit trees
Yes, I got lucky with the breadfruit the nursery I got it from closed down a couple years ago. There’s a nursery in Tampa that has them sometimes but I think they want 200 for them 😬
I really like your collection. Do the snake fruit gummy worm fruit produce seeds. I've been trying to track one down for quite some time. If you have any seeds I'd love some. I'm happy to send some seeds to you I have a interesting collection.
Great collection! Thanks for sharing. I have Spanish lime trees grown from seed. They have been in in the ground for 5 years now. About 8 ft tall, but no fruit yet. I hope they’ll be able to produce both male and female flowers.
@@themangovistait could still be working on the root system. I’m sure it will jump out of the ground and take off soon. From my experience these trees are low maintenance. They adapt to FL soil and grow fast even after translating.
Isn't snake fruit on the "noxious weeds" list for it's incredible ability to spread everywhere? I've been trying to find seeds for for a while and every time I look it's banned
The fruit is very similar in shape and size. That’s what I was trying to explain. Luckily I can buy glasses, but unfortunately you can’t buy common sense..
@@themangovista check this out I grew up on breadfruit inna Jamaica. . Suh a cantaloupe would more look like a round a light green watermelon. There is no way under the face of this sun a breadfruit look like a cantaloupe even until the kingdom come it never will. 😁. Just say it round green with uneven skin shape

@@movingforward2570 🤣🤣 Now you just compared a cantaloupe to a watermelon 🤦♂️ 3 pound cantaloupe versus 20 pound watermelon. Don’t worry I’ll let you borrow my glasses.
