maybe you could also just use cornstarch? I always do my normal European pancake with cornstarch only and they're great. my friend is allergic to gluten and she says so only ever eats maizena (corn starch), so I assume there is no gluten in there.
Looks great--love these are milk free and will skip the egg as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and BLV in dairy and the lead and choline in eggs. Thank you for sharing

I bought a large iron skillet with very low sides that will be perfect for making these pancakes. These make great ways to use up all the For a quick and delicious meal. @@Aam2008mui Yes, it is all purpose flour which is wheat (not whole wheat flour). For those want more nutritional value, whole wheat flour can be used, but will come out more dense.

I regularly make normal pancake (with milk) and to me the ration was kinda the same except that she uses water instead of milk.
