this came out perfect! thank you for super clear instructions.
i made mine in a kenwood with a dough hook. all dry ingredients in the bowl and on slow speed kneading while adding water in parts. had to aid a little with a silicone spatula to get the edges and i did do the recipe double to make it easier for the hook to reach properly. might try a hand held mixer next time.
all in all they came out soo good and im super happy. i have tried making some before from cooked rice and also from blending uncooked rice but these came out the best.

FYI - Precious metals detracts germs. You can Google it. I will leave it up to the viewers at home to decide on their cooking prep (i.e. wearing jewelry, how they wash their hands, prep the cooking areas…etc). As for me, I thoroughly wash my hands with antibacterial soap and thoroughly dry my hands with a clean towel before I cook. I am comfortable with my sanitary prep, and others can practice their own sanitary prep before cooking. FYI - Many professional chefs kitchen staff wear their rings.
