I made this for the first time ever today, I was excited and always feel motivated to cook when I watch these videos. I cooked a big meal for my cousin and friend. I am not a great cook, but I loved how easy this recepie was to follow. I am happy everyone loved the meal I made, and I have been asked to make more. A proud moment for me. And the fact I didn't burn anything is a plus hahaha! I can't wait to try out more recipes for my family and friends.

I made this tonight (a little different to accommodate ingredients I already had) and my whole family love them! Even my baby who is starting baby led weaning! So delicious! It tastes as good as it looks! I'm so stoked. This will probably become a regular on our menu!

I cooked this recipe for dinner tonight, it came out excellent. I used organic whole wheat flour instead of flour, it’s healthier. Flour and rice are too much starch, they turn into sugar in our body. Thank you for this wonderful recipe, my family enjoyed it.

I made this but substituted cod for squid (hard to find here) and it was fantastic! It fried easily with oil and a non-stick pan. I ate them with a dollop of sour cream. Thanks for a great taste.

yeah, but we in Indonesia usually added more vegetable in this kind pancakes and fried it in cooking oil. just like fried a chicken. never thinking we can make it like this. this will be more healthy. must try it 😄

I made this but with only prawns, squids, chilies, and French beans and it turned out yummy. My son requested for more pancakes the next day. I think I might add onion, and dried anchovies too when I make this the next time.

Looks good, reminds me of home, yum yum. We have many seafood cakes in our Portuguese culture.... salt cod fritters, shrimp cakes, seafood patties and fish croquettes is something I grew up with all the time. Not sure even here in North America any of these are called "pancakes" though, that name is reserved exclusively for delicious breakfast pancakes smothered in butter, maple syrup and sometimes with fruit, now these "Pancakes" are never confused with anything other than a fantastic breakfast. I use all purpose and potato, 50-50. Potato flour makes it a bit chewy sticky so it's nicer to eat

Looks good, reminds me of home, yum yum. We have many seafood cakes in our Portuguese culture.... salt cod fritters, shrimp cakes, seafood patties and fish croquettes is something I grew up with all the time. Not sure even here in North America any of these are called "pancakes" though, that name is reserved exclusively for delicious breakfast pancakes smothered in butter, maple syrup and sometimes with fruit, now these "Pancakes" are never confused with anything other than a fantastic breakfast. Love your recipes, thanks for the video.
