I always see these videos and they always say jd 4020 or 9rx. Me personally it had to be either the farmall M or IH 1586 because I use those tractors the most on my farm.
That was the only valid response in my opinion. We have one that we beat on and one that’s fully restored. Probably better than new honestly, tinted windows, A/C that blows colder than Antarctic, new seats and interior. Not a squeak or slip on that thing. Things fully redone, dad just keeps it in the heated shop cause it’s too nice to put to work.

Nope, food is produced by giant corporations now. Independent farmers are becoming non-existent. I grew up on a farm, and when I was young there were dozens of other independent farms within a few miles of us. But it was so hard to make a living, that we sold the farm to a corporation from another state. Almost every one of our old neighbors has done the same. The first thing they did was bulldoze my great-grandparents old house that was built in the 1930’s. My family lived there for four generations. My grandmother died a half mile from where she was born. Now no one lives on the land. No one cares about the land. It’s just a piece of dirt for a corporation to profit from.

We have a 9520rx on the farm and it is pretty crazy, had to put it on a 1000bu grain cart once and it pulled it like a toy lol. Pretty hard on the ol' pocket book though
My neighbor got 2 Xd9 1100’s delivered a year ago. The dealer worked it out with JD corporate to let the Farmer work on the combines at home. The Tablet looks like the Snap On one for engine diagnostic but for John Deere. At $1 million apiece it makes sense. She almost went Fendt and Claas but it seems good so far. Harvest around here starts at the end of the month
The 8N&9N(red belly) Ford was a good tractor for any farm and always seem to be overshadowed by the larger ones they have a lot of uses and are very capable
I love their accents I love their passion, I live in Alberta but these guys remind me of people I know around here, there’s something about a farming community where you can just tell

They deliberately design them to require expensive specialized tools that would bankrupt the most successful farmer and redesigns sensors that notify headquarters that it’s getting messed with so they remotely void the “warranty” without notification
I like the 8570 we got on our potato farm, it's in very good shape and condition. Only thing is, you gotta beat on the side of the A/C box to get the A/C to work, and it only blows cold and the fan switch has to be on high ++, otherwise if you put the switch lower than that, it'll shut the fan off.
