I workout at 7am before I leave for uni and come back super late. Its the best feeling knowing you are done and over with it and can just chill at night
First off i love you girl. Your videos are so pleasing to watch and i love the aesthetic of it. Also i love working out in the morning when i don't have college as i like to be done with it for the day , otherwise i workout at 5:30 pm or so.
I love tracking my workout! I downloaded the gymshark app and what I love the most is that you can upload your personal routine and having it ready for the next session. I also work out pretty early in the morning, so my mind won’t remember what i did by the end of the day 🤭 tons of love from Mexico 💗

I workout 4 days a week at 6am and 1 day around 10am. Yes! I also have an app I use to keep track of my workouts even though the app is off with the calories I burn. I'm down 45lbs from 300lbs since July2019 and it works sooo well for me. I do my own thing, but I am having to go up in my weights & reps because I do the same thing each day or week for 3 weeks to 2-3 months at a time. I just learned today I can do leg raises now on a captains chair since I've gained much more muscle & lost just under a quarter of my weight I want to loose because I used to not be able to do even 1.
I workout in the afternoon right after school. I used to workout after both school and studying but I ended up alwaus feeling so unmotivated. I would love to workout in the morning but unfortunately i cant cause I have to wake up 6.15 to go to school. I really cant imagine waking up any earlier than this lol.
Agree on the mental note! Form follows function is what they say in architecture ;) and same is true for lifting I think! My tip for tracking progress quickly is using a simple (the simpler the better ) app like Ignite (free app) so you dont have to write things down during your workout ;), or just use the “notes” app on your phone

Can you please do more workout routines how you do sets reps and plans. That would help me a lot. I like working out in the morning as gives me a boost but does make me tired I have 3 children under 5 and I can only fit it in the evenings when my husband is back at work. I hit our garage gym come home and put kids to sleep and then sleep x

I've been training for 3 years and it just goes to show when u buy these plans online u just blindly follow along. I didn't know that using the wide grip lat pull down would give me a wider back lol I dont want a wide back either so I'm gonna change the grip now. I'm so glad u said this. A lot of the time when trainers talk of growth I'm thinking I dont want to grow but nobody ever talks about what to do if u dont want big quads they think u have gone mad if u say I dont want to grow my legs 😟 how do u train if ur not looking for growth?
@3790jule u two asked the same question so I hope I can help you, I'm a licensed trainer! It all depends on what your goal is. If it's strength ( don't mean big, just a lot of strength and power) u should train heavy within a rep range of 2-6. If your goal is muscle growth, you can train within a rep range of 8-12. If you want to train for endurance, train within a rep range of about 15. These ranges aren't completely strict, that's why there is no one strict number :)

I prefer to work out in the mornings but agree that you can still feel a little bit fatigued and muscles are still a bit sore. I don't like to train fasted so I have to get up really early to have breakfast and the go to the gym. Any recommendations to start getting used to train fasted in the mornings (just for convenience to save time)? If I train in the evenings it can keep me out of my sleep. Of other note, does anybody have any experience with putting vegetables in the air fryer? I'm contemplating buying one to fry vegetables. Many thanks in advance.

Both, it keeps your body guessing but heavy weights with proper form are so good for your body, just my opinion💪
