Had the same experience when I first flew with Indonesia AirAsia on a flight from Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur. Just so impressed with how welcoming and enthusiastic the crew were. Didn't order any meal or entertainment for that flight but it is more than satisfying when you can feel the hospitality the crew gave.
This is so cool!! I enjoyed watching this so much. Indonesia Air Asia is definitely much better than Malaysia Air Asia. The cabin crew were very friendly and they gave generous smile and warm hospitality. They also made a lot of announcements too i suppose? Great shots of the cabin crew while serving. Great review as always, Gavin!
I have nothing but praise for AirAsia Indonesia on my trip to Bali and I'm glad you showcased their fantastic service. Great views of Singapore upon takeoff and I managed to catch a glimpse of my current 'home', Pulau Tekong. The parallel landing was a treat too. Great review!

Gavin i fully agree with you abt air asia. i am no fan of any budget airline esp when flight is above 2 hrs. hydration is so important and also bo disrespect to anyone at times even the kind of customers can make a flight a great one or well lets just say a little nightmare. But in the rare occasion when i do fly budget yes air asia is my choice my reasons exactly as mentioned by you. Its the little things tjst count a consistent smile and respect of wanting to do exactly what they are there for....safety and service with a grest attitude. sorry for not being consistent with viewing your videos...i also noticed there are now a couple of new bloggers from sgo joining your ranks..one of them who just started seem is a great person...was so delighted and honored when i mentioned abt him joining your ranks too and he said to place him at your level is an honor and i could not help but agree. Interesting to see the advertising on the luggage bins. I guess being a budget airline, they want to maximize revenues through other means such as this. The Indonesian dish looked quite tasty. Nice it is so reasonably priced. Excellent video!

Gavin, if I'm coming from Bukit Merah or Harbourfront is there a direct bus instead of MRT? Surely you enjoyed your Air Asia experience. I like to try their Nasi Kunning and Nasi Padang.. .. looks delicious too :) Air Asia is the best LCC in Asia especially their inflight cuisine. :)
