They may have removed the Collector changes they were gonna make last minute, the patch notes does not have the lethality nerf, weird.
GP doesnt go essence anymore since sheen removal + collector and IE nerf will make him even weaker than this patch even with thr buffs. Riot doesnt know how to balance their game.

Nah... Only if you aim for a short Match to stomp.
It will more get now "Meta" to start with Summon Aery with a few Points E in early so you can poke. Maybe something like D-Ring in Dark seal or Sheen and then do the classic Tri-Force build with Q Max after 3 Points in E.
Ap Nasus will be to weak in lategame.

I tried skill capped and I went from iron 1 to bronze 4 only to just moments ago get demoted to iron 2 after going 21-3-7, being part of 28 of our teams 34 kills, preventing their enemy jungler from getting dragon after our jungler died being stupid right before dragon was up, helping top lane from getting smoked by Morde over and over so I have the PERFECT replay if anyone wants to view it and tell me exactly what I could have done any better 🤷🏻♂️… I would be willing to bet you can get gold players to plat/emerald/diamond but I highly doubt skill-capped has helped tons of iron players get to gold which is my goal.. seven high silver I would take but this is impossible

@@sirsiver its not like that, coup de grace its overkill, you alredy have an execute, you want Cut down because its faster to make the enemies low hp and then Ult and get resets, the hardest for viego is to get the enemies Low, not execute them
@@fonsa2707 overkill?? What do you even mean with that, Viego wants to take down low health enemys for reset, you end up attacking them over full health enemys much more.
Also you ult low health enemys so coup the grace will add the 6% extra damage every time.
Unless you're low elo you wont take cut down at all with this champ

I don't think Shieldbow has a chance, without lifesteal, that shield is just delaying your inevitable death.
Tell that to Yasuo/Yone
Shieldbow + BT / 5th + 6th increases survivability so much now. It’s a better pickup than jack sho although less expensive
@@aaronblasco5190 without lifesteal, you might consider building after BorK/IE and by that stage in the game you're either fed or feeding.
@@AlbertStone92 Bork > IE > Shieldbow as a third when mix damage feel really nice. After that just the classic defensive items and Navori last to finish the Zeal or sell it for GA/Jacksho

After that it depends on the match up but the most time I go for Lord Dominiks, Shieldbow and BT.

Why do they make changes buff and nerf things then revert those changes there always in a constant catchup game that they could easily fix would just take a week of looking back.

I wonder why in the past crit were 200 % dmg and with IE 250% and it was fine, now 175% so with IE 225 % and now it's too strong so -10% so crit dmg down to 215% with IE. Also they created an item that is lethality/crit for adc as an alternative to LDR if there is not much armor i suppose or early snowball. SOME Adc are using it too much early and not even all the adc are doing it just a few, but now they nerf it to useless and it's not worth it anymore so why was this item created? And i wont talk about the burn dmg + mini rabadon on blackfire torch. :)
Maybe too much damage created in the game over the years ? yeah better do durability update.

Riot doesn't want ADCs. Legendary season2 adcs that ACTUALLY carry lategame won't come back. It's more exciting for the viewers of tournaments when every champ on the screen can one shot others and jump 5 times in half a second, stun and go invis. ADCs are too boomer to watch for gen z.

During the time you mentioned you cpuld play adcs top lane because they put out way too much damage. Old ashe also had 625 attack range and could kite even rammus.

Well no wonder my zeri win rate went from 70% in 14.9 (with lethal tempo) to fkn 35%, she’s terrible now she doesn’t have range and can’t kite for shit anymore.
For B tier, the word average doesn't really make sense or work. You could change it to "fine" or some synonym lol.
How is that karthus nerf significant at all? 2 flat dmg from his q is baiscally nothing.
He lost 6 dmg on max lvl that means loosing 12 dmg on isolated targets that's quite considerable
Xerath being a tier surprises me, I’ve started playing him again recently and omg he feels broken if u can get into late game. Last night I had 2 seperate games where Morgana and misfortune were just out of the game completely. The second I saw them in ult range I used it, even if I didn’t kill them the damage is enough to send them packing back to base. The poor Morgana was having problems dodging😂 I’d ult 2-3timea then pause for a couple seconds for her to juke herself out and then kill her.
Has pretty bad mana issues early tho, land a blue buff and your bin chillin.
why is the new burn item not even viable for singed? that's my question
the stats arent worth (he gains free bonus ap and sustain through his Ult already), Liandry's is just better for him (it also has +HP btw). Simple as

I feel that malignance before the recent change made corki r too strong. Way too strong. Corki nkw is still strong albeit less so.
In adsition you just stacked on spell effects, except for rylais, and the spammability of r exploited on spell effects too well.
Nothing is better than B-29 Bomber spammer.

notice how they let sett get xp and removed mundo from the scene, the wave is pushing because sett is leveling up and mundo is not, not because of the auto, no one does that

Looks like Gwen was quietly moved from A to S tier from last patch. Is this just due to the toplane environment or was it a mistake?
Hot Take: Collector and IE shouldn’t have been nerfed for the sole reason that every other Crit Item sucks. LDR is now a useless stack stick bc Mortal Reminder essentially has the exact same stats + Grevious wounds, NOBODY builds ER and those who would can run Mana Runes, Bloodthirster and Kraken lost Crit, Shieldbow is still way too niche and lost LS, and all Atk Spd items lost AD.
Revert the changes to half of these items, then we can talk about nerfing the only 2 items that are worth a damn. (Yun Tal is nice but its kinda a bandaid situation. I’d rather have actual choices instead of Collector into IE into slot any Zeal item into Yun Tal)

I'm confused about how buffing tower resistances does anything to lane swapping. There is still going to be one champ in each lane, so how does making the towers tankier do anything to prevent lane swapping?
When you move your botlane to top lane it means they will get even less plates than they do now.
Harder to take plates so the swaps are less worth it

Im genuinely astounded at the incorrectness of this video. Twice ive seen zeri solo into the whole team. 4 were at about half health with one at about 25%. Zeri with a single q killes the low health enemy and proceeded to wipe the enemy team with only 3 more q casts. Twice ive seen it. Riot knows about this and they refuse to fix it.

He es crap I'm the jungle bc he has no mobility or gank set up, totally team dependant, so solid C tier. I'm challenger btw
@@CMbReCk half of the junglers from the tier-list have also no mobility. Morde is great in the jungle as he has fast clear, good cc (E and R) and duelling power. Don't know how he feels now after such a strong nerf, however.
