They should make all out like gnar passive or shyvana r, basically something he has to manage and enrage to break his weapons and go ham, I want it to be like gnar passive so there's counterplay on when he's gonna go all out but eh hard to implement
They put them under “adjustments” because they are nerfing some things but buffing other things, so the changes don’t fall directly under either nerfs or buffs. Yes, Caitlyn’s changes to her AD ratios are a significant nerf, but she is also getting an attack speed buff. If people only see that she is under “nerfs”, they may well miss the changes to her attack speed. Same type of thing with K’sante. He’s getting nerfs to some systems, and buffs to others, so it’s neither a straight nerf or a straight buff.
@@Nick-78 For K'sante, losing 35% (and 15% during ult) damage reduction is also a significant nerf! It's huge! That's what made him sometimes unkillable in pro play. And when we compare it to the buffs, the Q mana change just makes him more comfortable in lane, but it's still not like pre-rework and the 5% heal is nice, but it won't compensate for the W nerfs .So, imo, it's more of a nerf than an adjustment but yeah, these' adjustments 'are justified and necessary.

It’s ensuring you can space incredibly easy, but I think this is both good and bad, because MS generally is gold for higher skill players, yet ADC generally struggles in lower elos, which is where you might wanna add some power, but maybe that is just a bad idea, because to play ADCs just in general requires mechanics, so overbuffing it in depertments for lower elos, might just be removing counter play for higher skill players.
@@tomwanders6022 My biggest issue with it is inflating a stat that the game wasn’t built around having. Many melee champions rely on hitting an initial skill shot to close a gap. Take Cho’gath as an example. He relies on hitting his Q to have any threat, previous seasons champions would have around 390 move speed, now key targets are at like 430.
i think its like ghost was both good on melee and ranged, but adc was weak overall, so they buffed ms on adc items, while nerfing ghost. so its straight nerf to melee and buff to adc they did it so champs that musthave ghost were weaker like darius while adc is slightly better or the same. idk that how i saw it right away seeing 14.10
Well, they are in a permanent state of cognitive dissonance. And i'm not joking. They ALWAYS say something, do something and at the same time do the opposite of that. They are crazy. No shit the game balance is messed up like never ever XD
sivir item, i dont think any other adc ever builds this. But sivir, especially with navori, is extremely mana hungry. i still think 3.1k is a lot. 3k would be ideal. But with collector being 3.2k reaver beng at 3.1 is going to make a huge difference in 1v1 powerspike when your support is top lane.

nerfing karthus q and taliyah q dmg by barely anything, not nerfing blackfire torch or making it exclusive with liandrys and ignoring brand entirely what did i expect
To be fair their Qs get modified so small tweaks actually add up. Karthus’ Q crits so the nerf is twice as much as you’d expect. Taliyahs rocks hit 5 times (albeit at reduced damage beyond the first) so again it adds up. They are also spells they spam a lot. It probably adds up quite a bit

yea statikk got some better stats now, but i cant think of any champ who would build it. adcs are gonna stay at 4 crit items + either bloodthirster or ga, and everyone else doesnt really care for it

The fact that riot thinks blackfire torch is broken, so they nerf champs that abuses it, but not realizing the problem is the double burn with liandries with first strike spike
although i play cait rarely, i fucking hate how they cant decide what they want her to be. Getting back and forth with the changes making her DPS one patch and oneshotter in another one. Imo the oneshotting part suits her much better as a champ design and its fair to have one adc that specialas in that. The cost is that you have to set up the oneshot and if you cant oneshot there is high probability that you die.

agree, her being more of a one shot type of adc is better. BUT she is an absolute 1v5 champion at the moment its insanity. as an adc player i stopped playing her (she is my n3 most played) since it feels unfair. Her nerfs are whatever tbh, but the nerfs to collector and IE are gonna hurt.
3 splits with no preseason is bad. Live servers feels like PBE or perma preseasons. Everything change too often, brokens things appears (and are not nerfed or not enought) some champions are unplayable (but not buffed, or not enought)... In my opinion, season 14 is one of the worst in terms of balancing. I hate the current state of the game in 5vs5. The only good point of this year is arena. What a sad year for league of legends.
why do I feel this will only increase the 4-5 man ganks on botlane, that is already free food as there are 2 champions to eat from, and now a turret that dies 4 times faster? Like, who comes with these ideas?
no wonder why kled often goes for such high dmg builds. not cus its necessarily his best build, but because hes forced to build what he scales of. sucks. but at least he isnt as problematic as panth is. panth mid is currently stronger than top panth, and ofc typically building heavy AD or lethality, not much hp.
I think they need to accept that differences on item passives for ranged/melee are probably a lot healthier than nerfing/buffing items back and forwards
@@Sylwan23high elo is not really reflective of the game as a whole. for the average adc, yes you’ll be extremely strong if you win lane but you still have no peel and are likely facing a solo laner elsewhere on the map who can 1 shot you. So being overly strong is a good way to balance things out

i was always one shotting everyone with caitlyn even before the adc item changes(like crit chances going 20% to 25% or buff the other items) but now ppl noticed it they fckng killed the champ and put her on a grave.

They can’t make it AD/AS/crit. That one be first build on everyone. If anything tho it should give crit, shiv is a first buy item that doesn’t give crit, which is one of the reasons it feels very bad. But it will have to remove one of the other stats.
i mean now some adcs will rush it as 1st item especially ranged tops . I play zeri top and atm i have to go botrk 1st into crit but this will make me go for statick again . Overall last iteration of statick was balanced idk why they changed it again after all the nerfs

I love how they're buffing things that shouldn't be buffed and ignore champions that are absolutely dead like naafiri or any other assassins which compared to other champions are not doing too well
I feel like this Draven buff is great and welcoming. It will make him less feast or famine, but they might need to nerf his snowballing slightly to compensate
Some of the changes feel really weird. On one hand they gave Draven buffs that are almost certain to make him broken at least in some cases, possibly in pro play. On the other hand GP which frankly doesn't matter got 30hp Buff. Karthus got nerfed after he got a weird item almost tailormade for jungle Karthus. Nasus gets buffs on E... but at the same time if AP Nasus gets popular again, Riot will nerf it again because it's not intended. Then there's stuff like the Panth changes with seem completely random.
I’m actually pretty pissed that they’re buffing pantheons point-and-click one shot stun, most unskilled no counterplay that’s even in the game right now
Seems crazy to me aswell, buffing him against tanks seems good bcs its almost unplayable but at the same time he is so broken against non tanks atleast give him some vunerabilty.
But they made the W deal less damage to squieshies and more to tanks. Also, he'll now build tankier items (hopefully) so less lethality and less oneshot as well.
lets just take a moment to apreciate the fine balance between adding items with interewting functionality (often broken on some champs) and having balanced but copypasted items with a few number changes
The issue with the ADC items is they don't have enough stats. Literally no one is going to touch shieldbow before like 4th+ item because it doesn't actually do anything. Idk why they removed the lifesteal on it when Samira+Nilah and co relied on it as a rush item. Speaking of Nilah she also got done completely dirty with the Navori changes.
Enchanter buffs? Man I need to hit up Phreak and have him tell me what exactly he and the balance team have been smoking, because it's clearly some good shit.
What clearly bothers me about the patch is that Riot doesn't want to! Isn't it up to the players to decide for themselves? SoloQ in particular has the problem of monotony and then it means we don't want you to use x at any time.
If you're talking about Laneswapps, SoloQ doesn't use that. Even in masters and above it's almost never used as it's just not very good when you can't coordinate as a team so it's an exclussive pro strat. One that reduces viewer engagment as it's not something they can feasibly recreate or learn from and since it gets rid of the lane matchups, it just makes proplay less exciting to watch.

But in general it happens again and again Popular things in SoloQ and in the Pro area are stopped by Riot because they supposedly don't meet expectations. This is probably one of the reasons why the lanes have looked the same for over 10 years, even if there are other champions but of the same classification.

@@lubue5795 Fighters/juggernauts on the botlane would be something. Back then it only appeared for 1 patch. Of course you didn't want the ADC to whine Permanent state but there was something else going on for a moment the whole thing was crushed again. The lane swap also went through in soloQ, only it was in the botlane then from the start on the top lane. Likewise, Mages primarily held 2 patches on the botlane, while the counterpart ADC Mid prevailed for a good 1/4 year without anything changing. In the long run, an answer was found, which the ADC didn't like again, Tank's, would have been season 5.
@@Dragonheng The only juggernaut or bruiser in bot I can remember, who was actually viable was the abomination that was juggernaut rework Mordekaiser. And that shit was just not balanced by any metric and it's good that it had to go. Aside from that, I don't think there is any patch where Riot deliberately forced bruisers and fighters out of botlane. The few that did find play just naturally faded out of existance, as they just weren't good enough at what they were supposed to do. The only melees viable in bot is Nilah, who can only do so because she was deliberately designed to work in bot. Most bruisers and fighters are just not designed to be botlaners as they don't really need help from the support but do need the full XP and high levels.
In regards to mages bot, there again never was a patch from Riot deliberately forcing mages away from bot. In fact, right now there are many strong mage carries in bot winning SoloQ. Karthus, Cassio and Sera have had among the highest winrates there for a long, long time and Riot only nerfed them slightly when they're winrates became too high (55%+). They're just not that popular in proplay because pro's, being the best at the game, are naturally good at playing the class requiring the highest mechanics on average which are marksman. And having those high mechanics then gets justly rewarded with high power.
All attackspeed crit items just suck and unless your champ relies on it (like twitch runaan) you just dont build any. Allecrity, AS rune and berserk are enough for most champs as they run around with tons of damage per hit
@@MilkApeOG Yone isn't that bad. Sure, losing lethal hurt but he also benefited from many of the crit changes and I would argue he's now much easier to balanced as they no longer have to factor in how much he abused lethal tempo early on.

Its so annoying that they keep pushing and pushing caitlyn away from being bursty and towards just being another dps adc. That was literally her biggest identity is strong ultis, strong headshots when you play your traps and net well, etc. eventually shes just gonna have the same attack speed ratio as everyone else and no more crit scaling
It's more of a lore vs gameplay issue, I think. Her lore background has her being a sniper, which is why she uses a bolt action rifle and why she has the longest attack range of an ADC. But it's been made very clear from way back in the Heal/Poke meta that it's really really unhealthy for long range burst to be a thing. If they really do want to make her more like other ADCs, they need to give her a treatment sorta like Jhin. Having either a fixed attackspeed but getting scaling or stats elsewhere to compensate.
Okay but right now she literally doesn’t have to play around her traps at all. If she reaches late game, she saves up a headshot then instantly chunks anyone she gets in RFC range of for like 1.7k damage, no traps required. I had a game where I was playing Poppy against a Cait, it got late enough that we were both full build. I had to build full armor just because of her, and even with over 400 armor (including tabis AND Randuins) she would chunk me for 25% or more of my hp with a single auto, no traps required. That’s just not okay.
I find it funny that I cant spend one single stream seeing Baus enjoying AD sion again before there's a patch announcement nerfing Baus strategies lmao (i know its not _because_ of him)
he usually doesnt get much tower damage before min five anyway though, to busy dying and farming - and first tower gold got doubled, which he often gets. so allround, id say its an improvement for him.
I don’t think it will be as hard of a nerf as it seems at first glance, though it will still be impactful. They’re reducing the crit damage boost on IE, and then slightly reducing the lethality on Collector, but her kit changes only reduce her AD scaling, and the AD on those items remains unchanged. At the same time, she also gains some attack speed. So this reduces her burst by trading it for more extended dps, which in turn allows for more counterplay.
Don't you get it? They must have DPS, but should one shot like assassins. So with 2 AS and 2 items+boots they deal 400 HP per AA. Against 1600 hp targets.

Old statikk was just as unbalanced as the current version because it either gave way to much waveclear/aoe dmg, and gave yas a 1 item burst damage since it scaled with crit, or was useless. Just like current statikk. it's a cool item but man is it unhealthy for the game lul
I don’t understand the Caitlyn changes. Her ult is already fairly unreliable against tankier support and in the late game if you build crit without any lethality it doesn’t do much. Now the collector and IE are also nerfed so that’s going to double nerf her totally in collector IE build. Also DPS Cait were reliable due to lethal tempo extra range, I guess we will see lol.
Reverting Essence would help GP right now but it wouldn't help the rest of the game. Sheen Essence saw regular play on maybe 5 Champs so it was an increadibly niche item that they could not buff because some champs abused it so much. Right now it certainly sucks for GP, but in the long run, they can balance him better without old Essence Reaver being around.

@@user-bz1ow7ve8q As far as I recalled Phreak didn't say they want to give him more bruiser options but only said that maybe bruiser GP could be the right direction to balance him into. As to the placebo, I think it's a small band aid to bridge the time while they gather some more data to then decide what to do. GP is after all a very unique champion that can quickly take over if overbuffed and is then very frustrating to play against. So, while it of course sucks for the GP players, I think it's good that they are careful with him.
Riot after removing gouge passive from serrated dirk only to make it impossible to purchase more than one: huge brain gameplay !!!! I can't believe they forgot the entire reason the lethality came as a passive on that item and then reverted it in a completely random way that doesn't make sense
I get your sentiment but there are legit only two changes because of pro play in here. K'Sante and the turret plates. Everything else is SoloQ focused. And for K'Sante, the changes push him more towards SoloQ than proplay. So, you're comment is pretty off the mark.
@@theguardianwolf7206 So, we have two teams that play around an important objective both trying to secure it first and thus they clash in fights. That's what teams do a lot already for other objectives like drake and herald. And that's what the viewers like to see. But that's not what's happening in a lane swap where both teams deliberately avoided each other, sacrifing their toplaner only so their ADC and support didn't have to play a bad matchup and could get gold safely. This makes the game just more boring and less exciting for the vast majority of the viewers.
Personally idk if the health ratio buffs is gonna be enough to take panth off of a heavy ad item, but i guess we will see if something like spear/sundered+bloodmail+jaksho is enough tankiness/damage to overshadow just going for 1 shot the adc, my bet is unlikely in modren league.
I have been refining pikachu zed for the past week and with the shiv buff its going to go nuclear. Shiv - Rav - voltaic - pd - (optional) but I like yommus. Run Fleet footwork. Not much dmg from abilities HOWEVER, split push FTW + ur duel is good with autos.
ashe is prob the only strong one. also 25% crit DIRECTLY means adc meta that is crit + lethality. no quesitons asked. On hit adcs are just not relevant in such 1shot meta.
The fact that NAMI gets 3 attack damage nerf convinces me RIOT has no idea what they are doing. That changes nothing. Imagine someone spent time nerfing that
nothing? do u even use ur auto attacks?? she practically got 6% more base AD, that isnt completely insignificant even to an enchanter. if u get of 5 auto attacks in a fight it adds up to 15 dmg. sounds little and it is, but its not completely insignificant. also its a buff not a nerf. 3 more base AD, not 3 less.
@@BabyKnxckz well, its a small buff to the better enchanter players. mostly affects higher levels of play, without disrupting lower elo. if riot wanted nami better for higher ranks but not lower, this is a good balancing lever. but to say it should just be ignored cus its so insignificant is a little crazy. tho nami is an enchanter, for other roles a little bit of base AD can give upwards of 1-2% wr depending on how much they got and what champ it is. but imho, its pretty stupid to say might aswell leave it because u think its that insignificant. if u think its rly that insignificant, just.. ignore it? let the ppl that do care apreciate it, while u can live ur life knowing "nothing changed"
They should just revert collector. New build path feels so bad and also its an assassin item first. Just take away some AD again and leave the lethality
Well, laneswap is a significant issue for proplay so just not fixing it is certainly not the solution. And it arguably affects SoloQ fairly little as hardcore turret pushing is really uncommon in the first 5 minutes of the game.

i think its like ghost was both good on melee and ranged, but adc was weak overall, so they buffed ms on adc items, while nerfing ghost. so its straight nerf to melee and buff to adc

sivir item, i dont think any other adc ever builds this. But sivir, especially with navori, is extremely mana hungry. i still think 3.1k is a lot. 3k would be ideal. But with collector being 3.2k reaver beng at 3.1 is going to make a huge difference in 1v1 powerspike when your support is top lane.

To be fair their Qs get modified so small tweaks actually add up. Karthus’ Q crits so the nerf is twice as much as you’d expect. Taliyahs rocks hit 5 times (albeit at reduced damage beyond the first) so again it adds up. They are also spells they spam a lot. It probably adds up quite a bit

although i play cait rarely, i fucking hate how they cant decide what they want her to be. Getting back and forth with the changes making her DPS one patch and oneshotter in another one. Imo the oneshotting part suits her much better as a champ design and its fair to have one adc that specialas in that. The cost is that you have to set up the oneshot and if you cant oneshot there is high probability that you die.
and of course you need to get ahead or at least not behind which also can be tricky sometimes

agree, her being more of a one shot type of adc is better. BUT she is an absolute 1v5 champion at the moment its insanity. as an adc player i stopped playing her (she is my n3 most played) since it feels unfair. Her nerfs are whatever tbh, but the nerfs to collector and IE are gonna hurt.

@@Sylwan23high elo is not really reflective of the game as a whole. for the average adc, yes you’ll be extremely strong if you win lane but you still have no peel and are likely facing a solo laner elsewhere on the map who can 1 shot you. So being overly strong is a good way to balance things out

Right now statikk is an item neither for ADCs (building crit is just better) nor fighters (too much AS).
Only champs that can build it I can thunk of is Zeri and Yasuo/Yone
They can’t make it AD/AS/crit. That one be first build on everyone. If anything tho it should give crit, shiv is a first buy item that doesn’t give crit, which is one of the reasons it feels very bad. But it will have to remove one of the other stats.

Some of the changes feel really weird.
On one hand they gave Draven buffs that are almost certain to make him broken at least in some cases, possibly in pro play.
On the other hand GP which frankly doesn't matter got 30hp Buff.
Karthus got nerfed after he got a weird item almost tailormade for jungle Karthus.
Nasus gets buffs on E... but at the same time if AP Nasus gets popular again, Riot will nerf it again because it's not intended.
Then there's stuff like the Panth changes with seem completely random.
Draven got nerfed an insane amount last micropatch. The new 50% stacks lost are irrelevant as well. You don't know what you're talking about.

Cool. Crit changes effectively reverted. Now we have nerfed ADC early with weird item stat splits and nerfed late.
I’m actually pretty pissed that they’re buffing pantheons point-and-click one shot stun, most unskilled no counterplay that’s even in the game right now
Seems crazy to me aswell, buffing him against tanks seems good bcs its almost unplayable but at the same time he is so broken against non tanks atleast give him some vunerabilty.
But they made the W deal less damage to squieshies and more to tanks. Also, he'll now build tankier items (hopefully) so less lethality and less oneshot as well.
There are a few counterplays like Fiora W and Gragas E but they're just too hard to time correctly
lets just take a moment to apreciate the fine balance between adding items with interewting functionality (often broken on some champs) and having balanced but copypasted items with a few number changes
They don’t seem to understand the problem with shield bow isn’t the shield, it’s that it gives zero stats
The issue with the ADC items is they don't have enough stats. Literally no one is going to touch shieldbow before like 4th+ item because it doesn't actually do anything. Idk why they removed the lifesteal on it when Samira+Nilah and co relied on it as a rush item.
Speaking of Nilah she also got done completely dirty with the Navori changes.

SoloQ in particular has the problem of monotony and then it means we don't want you to use x at any time.
If you're talking about Laneswapps, SoloQ doesn't use that.
Even in masters and above it's almost never used as it's just not very good when you can't coordinate as a team so it's an exclussive pro strat. One that reduces viewer engagment as it's not something they can feasibly recreate or learn from and since it gets rid of the lane matchups, it just makes proplay less exciting to watch.

Popular things in SoloQ and in the Pro area are stopped by Riot because they supposedly don't meet expectations.

then from the start on the top lane.
Likewise, Mages primarily held 2 patches on the botlane, while the counterpart ADC Mid prevailed for a good 1/4 year without anything changing. In the long run, an answer was found, which the ADC didn't like again, Tank's, would have been season 5.
@@Dragonheng The only juggernaut or bruiser in bot I can remember, who was actually viable was the abomination that was juggernaut rework Mordekaiser. And that shit was just not balanced by any metric and it's good that it had to go.
Aside from that, I don't think there is any patch where Riot deliberately forced bruisers and fighters out of botlane. The few that did find play just naturally faded out of existance, as they just weren't good enough at what they were supposed to do. The only melees viable in bot is Nilah, who can only do so because she was deliberately designed to work in bot. Most bruisers and fighters are just not designed to be botlaners as they don't really need help from the support but do need the full XP and high levels.
In regards to mages bot, there again never was a patch from Riot deliberately forcing mages away from bot. In fact, right now there are many strong mage carries in bot winning SoloQ. Karthus, Cassio and Sera have had among the highest winrates there for a long, long time and Riot only nerfed them slightly when they're winrates became too high (55%+). They're just not that popular in proplay because pro's, being the best at the game, are naturally good at playing the class requiring the highest mechanics on average which are marksman. And having those high mechanics then gets justly rewarded with high power.
Static just feels worse than it ever was. Don't think this buff will change much.

All attackspeed crit items just suck and unless your champ relies on it (like twitch runaan) you just dont build any. Allecrity, AS rune and berserk are enough for most champs as they run around with tons of damage per hit

Its so annoying that they keep pushing and pushing caitlyn away from being bursty and towards just being another dps adc. That was literally her biggest identity is strong ultis, strong headshots when you play your traps and net well, etc. eventually shes just gonna have the same attack speed ratio as everyone else and no more crit scaling

It's more of a lore vs gameplay issue, I think. Her lore background has her being a sniper, which is why she uses a bolt action rifle and why she has the longest attack range of an ADC. But it's been made very clear from way back in the Heal/Poke meta that it's really really unhealthy for long range burst to be a thing.
If they really do want to make her more like other ADCs, they need to give her a treatment sorta like Jhin. Having either a fixed attackspeed but getting scaling or stats elsewhere to compensate.

Okay but right now she literally doesn’t have to play around her traps at all. If she reaches late game, she saves up a headshot then instantly chunks anyone she gets in RFC range of for like 1.7k damage, no traps required.
I had a game where I was playing Poppy against a Cait, it got late enough that we were both full build. I had to build full armor just because of her, and even with over 400 armor (including tabis AND Randuins) she would chunk me for 25% or more of my hp with a single auto, no traps required. That’s just not okay.
I find it funny that I cant spend one single stream seeing Baus enjoying AD sion again before there's a patch announcement nerfing Baus strategies lmao (i know its not _because_ of him)

I don’t think it will be as hard of a nerf as it seems at first glance, though it will still be impactful.
They’re reducing the crit damage boost on IE, and then slightly reducing the lethality on Collector, but her kit changes only reduce her AD scaling, and the AD on those items remains unchanged. At the same time, she also gains some attack speed.
So this reduces her burst by trading it for more extended dps, which in turn allows for more counterplay.

I don’t understand the Caitlyn changes. Her ult is already fairly unreliable against tankier support and in the late game if you build crit without any lethality it doesn’t do much. Now the collector and IE are also nerfed so that’s going to double nerf her totally in collector IE build. Also DPS Cait were reliable due to lethal tempo extra range, I guess we will see lol.

Reverting Essence would help GP right now but it wouldn't help the rest of the game.
Sheen Essence saw regular play on maybe 5 Champs so it was an increadibly niche item that they could not buff because some champs abused it so much. Right now it certainly sucks for GP, but in the long run, they can balance him better without old Essence Reaver being around.

As to the placebo, I think it's a small band aid to bridge the time while they gather some more data to then decide what to do. GP is after all a very unique champion that can quickly take over if overbuffed and is then very frustrating to play against. So, while it of course sucks for the GP players, I think it's good that they are careful with him.

Nerfing crit items is an indirect buff, if that's not enough they'll definitely buff him.
They should do something with Sivir AA range and base AD lol and at least make Yun Tal works on her W when she crits.
I hate how they base around the balances on proplay, instead of the majority of players. Pro should be the one to adjust, not the majority.

K'Sante and the turret plates. Everything else is SoloQ focused. And for K'Sante, the changes push him more towards SoloQ than proplay.

@@theguardianwolf7206 So, we have two teams that play around an important objective both trying to secure it first and thus they clash in fights.
That's what teams do a lot already for other objectives like drake and herald. And that's what the viewers like to see.
But that's not what's happening in a lane swap where both teams deliberately avoided each other, sacrifing their toplaner only so their ADC and support didn't have to play a bad matchup and could get gold safely. This makes the game just more boring and less exciting for the vast majority of the viewers.
I think riot did a great job overall, but I really cannot take that they buff turrets damage reduction instead of just nerfing marksman supports :/

Personally idk if the health ratio buffs is gonna be enough to take panth off of a heavy ad item, but i guess we will see if something like spear/sundered+bloodmail+jaksho is enough tankiness/damage to overshadow just going for 1 shot the adc, my bet is unlikely in modren league.

I have been refining pikachu zed for the past week and with the shiv buff its going to go nuclear. Shiv - Rav - voltaic - pd - (optional) but I like yommus. Run Fleet footwork. Not much dmg from abilities HOWEVER, split push FTW + ur duel is good with autos.
Strat here is to be much of a tumor as possible, take tp to shove waves with max efficiency.

ashe is prob the only strong one. also 25% crit DIRECTLY means adc meta that is crit + lethality. no quesitons asked. On hit adcs are just not relevant in such 1shot meta.

nothing? do u even use ur auto attacks?? she practically got 6% more base AD, that isnt completely insignificant even to an enchanter. if u get of 5 auto attacks in a fight it adds up to 15 dmg. sounds little and it is, but its not completely insignificant. also its a buff not a nerf. 3 more base AD, not 3 less.
They buffed it. And 3 more AD mostly buffs high elo enchanters, since they don't just sit back and heal.

@@BabyKnxckz well, its a small buff to the better enchanter players. mostly affects higher levels of play, without disrupting lower elo. if riot wanted nami better for higher ranks but not lower, this is a good balancing lever.
but to say it should just be ignored cus its so insignificant is a little crazy. tho nami is an enchanter, for other roles a little bit of base AD can give upwards of 1-2% wr depending on how much they got and what champ it is. but imho, its pretty stupid to say might aswell leave it because u think its that insignificant. if u think its rly that insignificant, just.. ignore it? let the ppl that do care apreciate it, while u can live ur life knowing "nothing changed"

Well, laneswap is a significant issue for proplay so just not fixing it is certainly not the solution. And it arguably affects SoloQ fairly little as hardcore turret pushing is really uncommon in the first 5 minutes of the game.
