Assuming your both lvl 5 and u at least have an anti heal item component I'd say you'd still have the advantage. The matchup is basically who can whittle the other down more before they start their all in, Urgots all in is more powerful due to the execute so if u have the health advantage by a good amount look for a flash E engage, best case scenario u win the fight, worst case he also uses flash to get away, not a bad deal. try to bait out his Q, E dash combo then as soon as it's on CD hit him with your Q slow then try to go for an all in, if u land the flip immediately pop your Ult then activate ghost, if u hit most of your passive shots in that time frame you'll more than likely get the Aatrox to 25% Hp before he can lifesteal health back assuming he doesn't have his flash to run away I should say.
As my secondary hero choice in rank urgot, just fight aatrox, try to avoid his Q and land your E, dont forget to rotate around aatrox for your passive, and execute with R, be carefull cuz aatrox might flash out to dodge your ult and you might been killed by him, but most of the time, youll won
I'll be sure to add a segment in the next guide but for now off the top of my head Urgots best matchups (imo) are characters that lack good mobility options or needs to get close to deal dmg such as: Sion Shen Nautilus Pantheon His worst matchups are ranged characters that can poke him or other juggernaut champs that can outdmg him in a duel: Darius Vladimir Jayce Teemo Dr.mundo He has alot of 50/50s including: Renekton Sett Garen Ornn Just to name a few. Well, urgot didnt have bad matchups and actually win agaisnt stat checker and juggernaut and tanks the only thing that will be a problem is heavy armor hero + thornmail, urgot W will proc thornmail so many times that you couldve killed by it
Didnt know about the auto attack reset with the 2nd ability 😅 and i didnt know that you could ult a target that will get killed soon. 🎉

TLDR - if you are good and have great reflexes, he's great. If you are slow or position badly, don't play him.

Never tried it myself but had a few on my team, they all did decently well so I'd say go for it.
