An Australian Federal Court case has evidence to say they are GMOs
Case File Number: VID510/2023
Dr Julian Fidge v. Pfizer Australia Pty Ltd & Moderna Pty Ltd
Dr Fidge is an Australian medical doctor and trained pharmacist.
The case has been brought under the Australian Gene Technology Act 2000
Section 10 of Gene Technology Act defines what a Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) is.
First, an Organism is:
‘any biological entity’
‘capable of transferring genetic material’
The Pfizer and Moderna Covid products contain LNP-modRNA complexes
These complexes satisfy being called ‘any biological entity’ under the law
The modRNA is genetic material
The Lipid Nanoparticles or LNPs encapsulate the modRNA and together bio-distribute and transfer the LNP-modRNA complexes throughout the human body
The LNPs then transfect and transfer the modRNA cargo across cell membranes to deliver the modRNA inside cells
By moving the modRNA about the body and then into cells, the LNP-modRNA complexes physically transfer genetic material after injection
So the Organism part of the GMO definition is satisfied by the physical mode of transport of the LNP-modRNA complexes
The next part of the GMO legal definition is - a Genetically Modified Organism is:
an organism that has been modified by gene technology
The Gene Technology part requires showing:
any technique for the modification of genes or other genetic material.
Pfizer and Moderna admit they modify genes to create modified RNA or modRNA for their products
The MHRA, EMA, FDA, and TGA when approving the Covid-19 products recognised Pfizer and Moderna use modified nucleosides for the modRNA
In the TGA Australian approval for Pfizer for example, the TGA notes:
The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, BNT162b2 mRNA (tradename Comirnaty), comprises a nucleoside-modified messenger RNA (modRNA) encoding the viral spike glycoprotein (S) of SARS-CoV-2.
Pfizer and Moderna create their modified nucleosides in the lab using recombinant techniques
So the Gene Technology part of the GMO legal definition is also satisfied
This means the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 products satisfy the Australian legal definitions for being properly called GMOs
Under the Australian Gene Technology Act anyone who ‘deals’ with a GMO in Australia must be regulated under a GMO licence
Pfizer and Moderna failed to apply for GMO licences in Australia
Dealing with GMOs in Australia without a GMO licence is a serious criminal offense under Section 32 of the Gene Technology Act 2000
In fact the boss of Australia’s Office of the Gene Technology Regulator, or OGTR, recently admitted to an Australian Senate Committee that both the Pfizer and Moderna products are GMOs
No Australian was told by the OGTR or the TGA that they were being asked to receive Genetically Modified Organisms or GMOs when getting a Covid-19 injection
This is not just an Australian GMO legal issue
In the United Kingdom Genetically Modified Organisms are dealt with under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and specifically Section 106 under Part VI
The United Kingdom legal definitions for what is regarded as a GMO is almost identical to the Australian legal definitions we just looked at
Like in Australia, the United Kingdom requires new GMOs to be subjected to an extensive Risk Assessment
Even after an extensive Risk Assessment the United Kingdom Secretary of State still has to provide a Consent before a GMO can be introduced into the United Kingdom
The MHRA knew United Kingdom GMO legal definitions applied to Pfizer and Moderna because it is their job to know and they have GMO experts
But both Pfizer and Moderna applied for marketing approvals under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 which exempted them from having to undergo a GMO Risk Assessment for their Covid-19 products
And because of that exemption neither company had to mention on the Product Information that their products contain GMOs even though they satisfy the legal definitions
If you stayed away from the Jab despite the huge pressure and bullying, well done to you 👏

I lost my job, income because I refused the jab.

I worked for the CEO of a major hospital during covid. I was stunned by the level of ignorance of so-called professionals. Worse still were those who were wilfully ignorant. I came to realise it was because they had big salaries and pensions at risk if they didn't follow the herd. It was hard not to lose faith in humanity at that point. I spoke up but was mocked, patronised and mostly ignored. What I know for certain is that, apart from a few good medical professionals here and there, the medical industry is rotten to the core and hijacked by big pharma.
This applies to everything in this world
Same in government, the people in middle and upper management are there because they are compliant and ignorant.

I was pregnant than breastfeeding while lockdown and vaccination were happening. I’m very sensitive to medications and many “safe” ones have left me toxic in the hospital before. My family knew this, and siblings still pushed husband and I to get the shot and give it to our kids. I told everyone there was NO WAY anyone could know the long term side effects of a treatment this new, so it COULD NOT be proven safe. No one listened. My degree was in history and it was a scary time to be alive. We watched society worldwide be brainwashed by those in power and manipulated by fear. It made it frighteningly easy to see how things like Nazi Germany had happened.
My parents have 10 children. We were raised to be critical thinkers skeptical of the media. I’m the only one who refused the shot.
Society CAN be driven mad, manipulated, coerced and threatened, to the point of risking their own lives and those of their loved ones.
I don’t know how to prevent such manipulation in the future. I protected myself and my husband and children. I couldn’t help anyone else.

as she believed in them. She told last September that she had terminal cancer and would have only 5 months to live! She died last Saturday the

In my family during COVID there was a family divide between my wife and I over the taking of these mRNA "vaccines". It ended up getting split down the middle with my wife and daughter taking two shots each and my son and I not taking any. It was only good luck on my son's part as he tested positive for COVID on the day of his scheduled shot (which my wife arranged with out my knowledge) and then I immediately got him a 6 month exemption from our doctor. I was able to convince my wife that he was now already protected and didn't need any shots. I wrote a long letter to my employer advising him that if he stood me down or in any way discriminated against me for not not taking the shot I would sue him, his family along with the entire company into eternity. Needless to say I am still employed by this company and I never took the shot.

I was the only one in my family who didn't, however couldn't practice in the medical community and lost job. Now (2024) I'm too disgusted to go back. Mom (suddenly ate up with cancer) was dead by middle of 22, same with brother (blood clots). Sister couldn't walk for months (she also took a Shingrex shot with it) other brother has has Neuro problems and mini stroke). Both are quite sick with 'autoimmune' disease now. 12 people I know are dead by the end of 22. A first cousin died in first part of 24 with sudden Covid pneumonia. I used to cry, now I have no tears left.

Just had another politician, a Representative from New Jersey, have a "cardiac event" which they attributed to diabetes. He passed away after not regaining consciousness. They're now pushing the narrative of "silent cardiac events are being caused by diabetes, because diabetes causes neuropathy, so really, you've been having these issues for years now and never knew it. RME. Yeah, ok. Kind of like it is totally normally for teenage girls to have heart attacks. Well, certainly since 2021 it is.

One stroke, one cardiac event died in sleep, one miscarriage, one placental eruption who technically died during labor but doctors saved her, another dropped dead of a heart attack, 3 died suddenly for no reason, a small boy suddenly out of nowhere needing a heart transplant, several girls developing menstrual bleeding pre-menses, several went stage 4 cancer practically overnight and died within a couple of months, a previously healthy middle-aged neighbor who went into total organ failure and died shortly after, two elderly who died after boosters, and a LOT of perpetually sick colleagues and students who blame every illness on food poisoning and allergies.

Now we've been to 7 funerals in 13 mths and everyone there is talking about the elephant in the room. Some have apologized to us but many still won't even have us in their homes!! After many loyal years working for Coles Supermarkets I was sacked for refusing the vax. This was at a time where the government had ended the state of emergency in South Australia. The company would not see reason and opted for the view that I posed some sort of danger to the rest of the workers.. Many of the workers who received the vax had bad reaction to the shot and soon after caught covid multiple times. I didn't take the shot and had covid for the first time this year - no worse than a typical flu. The SDA union were no help, neither was Fair Work Australia.

I was fired from my job for refusing to take this because I was trying to get pregnant. I just had my healthy baby 6 weeks ago. I was the first mother who asked the nurses if they screen women who donate breastmilk if they took the shot. No way was I going to allow my newborn to receive donated breastmilk from vaccinated women.
I cry with happiness and sadness. Happy you have a beautiful new daughter, sadness at the world we have left them.

I work for one of the 8 Sydney councils that still have the mandates, 2x jabs or lose your job. These councils are North Sydney, Northern Beaches, Burwood, Hornsby, Woollahra, Inner City, Sutherland and Camden. Can you believe you have to produce proof of vaccination for the interview process. Can someone please tell me how any of this is not illegal. Mandates have been dropped by every other industry except for these good old councils

This needs more views. Although the interviewee is a lawyer, he has done a very good job of educating himself about molecular biology. If more people understand the implications of the facts presented, we will have a better chance of bringing those responsible to justice.

This makes my blood boil. I knew in my gut I should be wary, careful, skeptical etc. I ended up being coerced by 'friends' to take one for the team. I had one Pfizer shot. Within a couple of weeks I was so ill, I couldn't get up and down stairs. I have developed cardiac issues, autoimmune issues, and god knows what else is coming. In my circle, I know of 2 turbo cancers, 1 leukemia, multiple heart attacks, recurrent infections etc. Personally, I have never been the same. Permanently damaged, on disability for the rest of my life. I'm in Canada, and still cannot believe these things are still being pushed...and still complete silence. Disgusting.

Wow. I was vaccinated, and have since had 4 boosters. Nothing like you described happened to me at all. I did get covid, but so mild because my immune system had been pumped by the vaccine to deal with it. Some of my antivaxxer friends got covid, very sick, multiple times, and one of them permanently damaged by the virus.
This stinking shot killed my husband. He was all for it being a type 1 diabetic. I declined. This thing tore up his cardiovascular system - destroying his aortic valve (replaced 7 years prior )and mitral valve. Platelets were being destroyed faster than they could be replaced and a rapid appearance of non-small cell lung cancer. He also had swollen testicles and fluid on his lung. He went through two years of hell starting three months after the second shot.
Add to that, my only surviving child got this crap and a booster for a fucking job. No research except what the media, cdc, and fda was saying. I’m so worried.
