I'm a new stay-at-home homeschooling mom and love baking and cooking wholesome foods for my family. Thank you for taking the time to teach these wonderful recipes.
I visited various other's channels, but yours is the clearest and most informative. Thank you. PS: I just subscribed to your Channel. Australia 🇦🇺 🪃 👍.
Nice! Just ran across your site for the first time, made this video yesterday! Awesome. I am 73 and started making my own bread about a year ago - yours is so much better than mine tho! I can''t figure out why yours is so much softer than mine, I use 1.5 cups of winter white & winter red berries. It makes great tasting bread, but not soft like yours. I only make one loaf at a time, any extra dough I make a few rolls. Thanks for the video, great job! You do have a better grinder than I, maybe thats the difference. (I use a stand mixer to grind & mix it)
This looks fabulous! I haven't tried it yet, but plan to next week. My Mum made all of our bread. Her recipes were in her head and wnt with her. She always added molasses to her brown bread. It was my favourite. Any recipes that include molasses?
I usually leave one loaf out and then the rest I put in the freezer. As soon as we're close to using the loaf that's out, I'll pull a loaf from the freezer. It takes around 30 minutes for it to thaw and then it's good to go! Thanks for watching. I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Sheri

I DOUBLE BAG WITH A THIN BAG FOR BAKED GOODS AND THEN A FREEZER BAG(2GAL SIZE)
A suggestion cover your loaves with a tea towel after you brush butter on them this will produce a soft crust
Why do you bake at 2 different temperatures?
