    Dude, thank you so much for the videos, you are helping me so much with my 24. Can you please make more any videos for necessary maintenance? I still don't know if I need to touch/mess with my break fluid reservoir near those throttle cables.

    The majority of the slack seems like it was in the acceleration cable on my bike.Thank for sharing i would have never thought of this

    hello. My bike is a 2016 ZX-6R.
    I tightened the accelerator and derailleur cables on my bike after watching your video.
    But after tightening the accelerator and derailleur cables, there is no play forward, so I don't need to touch the derailleur cable.
    So when I tighten the accelerator all the way, there is still about 10 millimeters left.
    In this case, do I need to align the accelerator and reducer cables equally and then fine-tune with the accelerator cable?

      Well I don't have any reason to change my coolant at the moment. What's the reason you're trying to flush yours?

    Does anyone else find the factory deceleration fuel cutoff extremely over bearing on this model year? I find it sometimes weird to rev match on down shifts and that up shifts lose a little speed unless I am up in the revs. Can you make a video about setting up the clutch to combat this a bit for those of us that haven’t flashed our ecu yet?

    • @-festive-6342
      @-festive-6342 5 місяців тому

      Feel like this might be a fueling issue I doubt it can be fixed with just a clutch/throttle adjustment. This is what we have to deal with if we want a new age sport bike that complies with emissions unfortunately:(

    • @kylebaine2901

      I think the best thing to do to fix this would be to tune it. My friend who has the black 24 model got his tuned and he had them take off the decel fuel cutoff, I test rode it and the decel when you let off the throttle was MUCH smoother. Basically it make the ecu give it a little fuel when decelerating so it's smoother when you get off the throttle. My problem is the jerkyness when you get on the throttle, especially in the low gears it feels like there's no in between 0-15 percent throttle. The tune also fixed that issue for me.

    So I did this and I basically unscrewed it the whole way to take the slack out on the deceleration…..

    • @lovelivegofast
      @lovelivegofast  3 місяці тому

      I'd put some threads back in your deceleration cable and take more from your acceleration cable then. Sometimes it's hard to gauge the deceleration cable tension when your acceleration cable still has full slack 👍
