Make sure your downstem is ported out. I was getting some weak pulls through mine earlier. Pulled the downstem out and realized she had a bit of 'carbon' buildup. Gave it a quick hone and she's running mint now. Dab of olive oil on those downstem folks. Can't have those glass on glass fitting getting stuck together.

@@aliceshaw8265 Ruby shouldn't blow up unless they crank it up way too hard now that it's got piston and rods in it. Before they were running BONE STOCK short blocks with MAYBE bearings and gapping the rings (which does make them blow up very easy) I think it's on engine 3 or 4 at this point.
