Man all the days of "thunder sound bites" got me cracking up! Rober Duvall monolog the last video was priceless. If you ever rewrap it you gotta do the city chevrolet livery and numbers. With a pfi logo instead of a bow tie of course.

yeah thats a new one to me. very neat. not great for reliability on a daily, but amazing on a race car. lil more weight distribution.

Atleast chevy people dont get very but hurt. Now do that to a mopar and you will see grown men cry. We have a 2010 challenger built for OLS radial class. And it has a 592 BBC and put a chevy emblem on the front grill. So many P,Oed people in the staging lanes. Its funny to watch
A stock car or a truck is a blank canvas really. Knew one guy who ran old Thunderbird bodies with Caddy V8's and nose/tail pieces, one of the street stock guys I used to watch on Saturday night used a Chevy body but ran Mopar internals and decals. Think I've seen at least one Honda powered mini stock using a Mustang shell.

He's looking back because it's rwd the setup is clearly advantageous to fwd tuning because then he would be on the corner of the car closest to the TV (as intended)
But putting the TV/computer onto a cart next to the car would be best for sure.
Was gonna comment the same thing, maybe an adjustable one from the roof, or moveable one so both dynos can be used and fwd and rwd can be accomodated all in 1?

coming from a tuners perspective i can see in brents face he is not happy with the outcome of this engine nothing is more frustrating when u throw something together yourself and it doesn't perform! but by all means that is very impressive what u have done with the amount of time u have put into this truck and the motor. i am sure u will wake up after a good nights rest and know exactly what u need to do to correct what is going wrong with the motor and the issues. it sucks when u only have a photographic memory when it comes to car stuff hahaha! good luck i can not wait to see that cole trickle truck at bandimere man love what u guys do and the passion you have for the under dogs keep it up brent been watching and racing at bandimere since 2002 so mad respect on how far u have came! when it is primed painted and weighed you will be ready to go on that race track and i will be cheering you guys on man!

That drivetrain is way more lossy than the a FWD setup, so that should be taken into account.
Yeah cos all cool storys started with FWD
if you think about a drive shaft and the size of the axles and the rear end rwd is definitely more weight than fwd which will cost more loss for sure
@Captain MufDyven More gears, more rotating mass = more losses. Just consider the rear end, it not only has the ring and pinion, but also the quickchange gearset. I'm betting that there's more like a 10% difference between this drivetrain and a typical Honda drivetrain, because it's the most efficient FWD system vs the least efficient RWD system.
@Captain MufDyven Also, IIRC, the losses from the mass of the drivetrain are really only apparent on an inertia dyno (like a Dynojet), because the drivetrain mass becomes part of the mass that the engine needs to accelerate.
i bet the gearset in the gforce ways 20lbs more thats gunna have an effect i have no idea how much im just saying the weight adds up
