I was atheist and anti religions before TLM. I'm now confirmed catholic. I remember the faces of my parents when I told them that I wanted to become a Catholic, they started laughing and said to me: "You? don't make me laugh." I've spat on people's faith so much for 30 years that it was hard for them to swallow.

I’m 17 here. My boyfriend was raised by lukewarm Catholics and I was nondenominational which was a recipe to disaster. We needed Christ. We attended a Latin Mass parish and I don’t think I’ve experienced His presence so strongly anywhere else. Now, we take catechism class every Monday and Wednesday and attend mass every week. He was baptized and confirmed two weeks ago, and I will be baptized and confirmed as well on the 11th. Ad maiorem Dei gloriam.

I felt like a time traveller at Latin Mass. I cried so many times at the first few Latin Masses I attended. I felt the utter sacred presence of God, my ancestors who attended this Latin Mass. I felt like I had been robbed of so much beauty from the Faith I grew up in that had been taken from me by those before me who felt like I did not deserve this beautiful Sacrifice of The Mass. I am SO blessed to have this in my parish church. To see priests and servers serve MASS so beautifully. The beauty of it all. Awww blew me away to the kingdom of Heaven. Thank you

I'm 55 yrs old, and all my life attended Mass..I sing in Choir, Lector, and have visited Latin Mass . I do love The Reverence, and Receiving on the Tongue, and wearing The Veil. I do get frustrated at times, that I cannot hear the Priest, nor understand or participate in the Mass. I'm currently paying discernment, if it's God's will for me to keep attending or do both? Latin Mass is 70 miles away,.one way.🤔🙏

@@margiecazares-ortiz9252 Margie , I am impressed with your commitment in travelling seventy miles each way for Latin Mass.
I have a missal which has both English and Latin. I follow the Mass and read the words said by the priest. It takes a little while to get used to keeping pace with the priest but it soon becomes second nature.
The new Mass can be said with great dignity and reverence but all too often my experience is that it is lacking in these things.
I have attended the new Mass sung with Latin at the oratory in Oxford, England and that was beautiful.
I hope you find a Mass that is right for you and in the meantime God bless you from the UK 🇬🇧

It took me 55 years. I’m in awe of the TLM 🙏✝️💕. it’s a much richer experience of God and Our Lord Jesus Christ. . I go twice a month ( since it’s only offered on the first and 3rd Sunday at a parish closest to my house ) and it makes you appreciate what’s happening at Mass in a much deeper way . It’s even deepened my experience of the Novos Ordo.

My childhood, I was raised in a divided household of an atheist and lukewarm Catholic. My mother converted and started taking her faith seriously & my siblings and I attended the NO without my father. During Holy Week, my father would yell & reprimand my mother telling her to STOP taking us to Mass & when he behaved this way, I didn’t recognize him at all. This would happen yearly.
Then my mother found the TLM and she took us (now late teens) and we have never gone back. Literally. The first time I went to the Latin Mass, I thought “I can’t go back to NO. There is just no way. “
My father ended up converting immediately to Catholicism after attending the Latin Mass. He and my mother finally married in the Church. My father received confirmation, confession & his First Communion. We all go to the Latin Mass together & we are all working to strengthen our faiths/devotions every single day. Deo gratias!

The Latin Mass "worked" for close to 1700 years and should never have been abandoned in favor of the Novus Ordo which has been polluted ad nauseum (no pun intended) with lack of reverence, celebrants dressed as clowns, signs of peace, silly hymns, guitars, dancing, sanctuaries full of distracting musicians, singers, etc. BRING BACK the TLM worldwide.

15 yr. Non-Denominational, Pentecostal-lite Protestant-turned-Catechumen here! From one last Protestant service to FSSP Latin Mass. Talk about 0-100! Godwilling that I should live, I am coming home to Rome at age 33, Easter Vigil. I hunger for the Eucharist. I never believed in Once-Saved-Always-Saved, The “Rupture” or that Baptism is optional. To summarize : THE REVERENCE! All Prot-To-Cath testimonials are the same streamline uniformity-Which tells me its REAL-ALL OF IT! One you realize it’s not occultic, pagan, idolatry & necromancy & that the liturgy is the most biblical, Christ-centered incarnation of Christianity, Catholicism MAKES SENSE! Evangelism through beauty. Strait out of Revelation! Please pray for me! It’s all so new! God is building an army. More prodigal Prots will come! Ave Dei Christi, Ave Maria

Hello. I have been an ordained priest for 21 years. I celebrate the Traditional Mass privately (almost in a catacomb) every day and it has enriched me greatly in my spiritual life. One of the factors that has impacted me the most in this process of inner growth is the content of the prayers that, going through the entire traditional rite, from the preparation for Mass to the final prayers of Pope Leo XIII, continually make me experience my smallness. , as a servant of the Lord, and I perceive that contrast with his exalted Holiness.
The integrity of the traditional rite helps me deepen my understanding of what human sin and divine holiness entail. Furthermore, the Canon within the Mass has helped me glimpse the closeness of God who, although he is clement and merciful, is also Lord of Justice, so He encourages me to live in righteousness, justice, pastoral charity and holiness as a priest.

Speaking as someone who discovered the TLM after I left the "young adult " group can say that it is wonderful to see this video. Know that we are praying for you younger Catholics. I am also extremely grateful that in your video you're showing a very important point: The TLM attracts Catholics from all over the world. Many voices who are against the TLM will try to say that it is a "geographical fluke". We have to keep praying and creating content in as many languages as we can to bring the TLM to more Catholics in the world. THIS is the New Evangelization.

I've always loved the mystery and silence, in particular that the priest is clearly oriented in prayer to the Father, through the person of Christ. But most of all, the faithfulness of the language to the Faith, which in the vernacular, it subtracts from the depth of meaning of what is said and heard. It's a phenomenon occurring worldwide especially among the English speaking.

The Latin Mass brought me back to life making me finally go to confession after a youth far away from God and all my juvenile sinning. I wanted to come back to the Church so badly remembering what a joy and purification a true confession was, but I didn't have the guts to do so, I was so ashamed. Raised NO and living in Germany, a terrible place for Catholicism, I went to Latin Mass being curious after I read about it on Instagram. I thought why not?
The best decision in my life. It was like heaven down here on earth, something beyond all my understanding, something that evoked am immense longing for sainthood. My fear melted, I just wanted to be reunited in Christ, to recieve Him again and embrace His love.
I was enchanted but I went home in severe pains due to my grave sins. God's love led me to the confessional and washed me off.
Now a year had passed but I've never been happier than in my life with Christ. I have seen everything, but now I finally see my eternity only.

I am more complete/calm/confident in my Faith now.. It is that simple. I will need to travel an hour longer to attend a TLM due to the virus, but it can tell that I need it.

People of elder generations loved the old traditional mass of the Latin rite. Many elders of today have a wish to see a Latin Mass in India soon.

I attend the Traditional Latin Mass and always remember the Cardinal Ottiaviani and Bacci Intervention statement released a month after the New Mass (Novus Ordo Missae) which has stayed with me all these years that stated the following (among much much more), The Novus Ordo, "represents both as a whole, and in its details, a striking departure from the Catholic theology of the Mass as it was formulated in Session 22 of the Council of Trent".

I became Catholic in the later months of the Tridentine Mass. It was in English but the splendor and reverence of the old liturgy stood out. Just as I got to know the responses, the Novus ordo came into our lives. I grew to love the Novus Ordo too. It is the Mass that gsve meaning to 56 years of my life. I intend to memorize the 1964 edition of the Latin Sacramentary. It was the Mass of the church from the Council of Trent to the Second Vatican Counsel, 400 years. Prior to Trent there wasn't a single unifying Mass, there were many. Most of those rites were abolished and the church became one lturgically. The Church needed that. The novus Ordo simply got out of hand as did some of the music encouraged by the new Mass. Which of us remedmber Ray Repp's folk Masses? I do with a tinge of horror. On the other hand I remember the St. Louis Jesuits with great joy. Thier songs, also accompanied by guitar, helped us pray rather than bray. I've always enjoyed the smells and bells in a High Mass and am looking forward to more of them being celebrated.

So true this is the true Catholic sacred mass that celebrates Jesus Christ’s sacrifice for us and receiving the holy Eucharist is the most important thing any one of us can do. The body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ is not meant to be touched much less handled and given out in peoples hands by late people it is a disgrace and our Lord is so sad. So many of the Catholic prayers have been taken out of the new mass because they wanted to make it better for protestants and take out all the real Catholic prayers it is a disgrace. The Latin mass is the true Catholic mass of the ages!

This was such a nice video! My son and I have found a Latin mass in our diocese in QLD and for the first time in our lives we will be attending, hopefully, two masses a week. This has come at the right time for me as I've moved areas, both my son and I have started a new job/school and we need Holy Mass not the hippy go lucky version. I have not forced this on my son but he is looking for Truth as well. We've been thru too much to not want truth. The new service starts in May. Can't wait.

It's so lovely to hear and see so many young people are coming to the True Mass. It's the most beautiful thing this side of heaven. I discovered the Latin Mass way back in the 1980s and still attend it today. Or at least will when the churches re-open after the Covid 19 is lifted. God bless all those who spoke on the O2 ideo.

Great video! I’ve been thinking about it. It seems like you have to dress a little bit more formally, and my wardrobe is pretty lousy.
I know at church we’re actually supposed to dress up as formally as we might be able to … but then I would be wearing the same suit every Sunday lol
Time to hit the thrift shop or sumthin, perhaps.
I’ve never been to a Latin mass if I remember correctly.
Been a fallen away Catholic for 6 years.

I’m a convert from Protestantism (baptized Presbyterian, raised Methodist and Baptist) and was supposed to have been confirmed last Easter but got delayed thanks to the coronavirus. Lord willing I’ll be Confirmed next week. My grandparents were devout Christians but not Catholic unfortunately. But my parents and their siblings were lukewarm Christians thanks to the counter culture movements of the 60s and 70s and I suffered heavily because of it as they never grew out of the hippie movement even after I was born a couple decades later. And the less religious my parents, aunts and uncles became the more selfish they became. Went back to Baptist as an adult because suburban Methodists have a tendency to be lukewarm in their faith and had a civil war over gay marriage but even in the Evangelical churches I noticed for every one thing they got right they got 5 other things wrong. One of my friends who was baptized Catholic but raised Protestant returned to the Catholic faith and strongly encouraged me to join him but I was skeptical because while I always believed Catholics to be authentic Christians unlike many Baptists (this is changing though), I found many Catholic teachings questionable but could not debunk any of my friend’s defense of the faith. Then I reconnected with a very devout Evangelical friend who had made the decision to convert to Catholicism and I informed him I was considering the same. I spent hours researching Church history and all the lies about Catholic history were debunked and my friend gave me his copy of Rome Sweet Home by Scott Hahn and after that there was no going back. Went to his Confirmation but missed the deadline last year to be confirmed with him. But now he’ll be attending my Confirmation Lord willing next week. I’ve only been to the Latin Mass a few times as the closest one is an hour away from me but now that I have a fuel efficient car instead of a pickup truck I plan on attending regularly once this apocalypse is finally over. Even though the archdiocese of Atlanta opened up last week you have to register a week in advance to attend Sunday Mass but I may attend the Latin Mass on the weekdays for the time being. But I definitely prefer it over the novus ordo

Its not just the "young" that's attracted!!! My generation was cheated from it. The holy spirit led me to the TLM and i got so much resistance from my N.O. parish priest so i left. Now, theres not enough room in this TLM at this small beautiful church. Its overflowing and i dont know how christmas mass will accommodate all the people checking it out as of late. Good problem but we lack a large church.

I'm not that young, so I am encouraged by so many young people being attracted to this beautiful form of ancient worship. My husband and I just started attending the Latin mass, and I feel like it's all I ever knew. One word, though...I want to be careful not to so easily dismiss the NO mass. In fact, after attending the Latin mass, I find a deeper reverance when I attend the Novus Ordo. We can't let ourselves fall into the divisiveness that the devil wants. Pray for our whole Church! Oremus 🙏!

Donna Nobis Pacem. Find a St. Joseph's Missal, thereby on one page you may follow in Latin and on the other page you may follow in Latin. Besides it is a good way to learn another Mother Language and from there you have a choice of learning any one of 5 different languages. The logic of Latin is pretty amazing as a language. I have given any number of students learning Latin this book to learn from a dual language perspective. What it did for their Spiritual Life afterwards, I do not know.

I was a cradle Novus ordo, until I heard about the Latin Mass. Now I am in love with the Latin Mass and am a serious Traditional Catholic. Latin Mass is so high in godliness, reverence and of high quality compared to the Novus ordo. 10 out of 10 for Latin Mass. 2 out of 10 for Novus ordo Mass.
