I think the cleanliness should be 5 stars (forme) because the flight was a quick turn and karachi wasn't thai airways hub btw there's no safety video on your flight because it just delivered but now they already installed on all 350's only 35b,35c,35d
The seating area of my flight was quite clean. However when I went to the toilet during the flight I didn't have a very clean experience. Hence the rating of 4/5 on cleanliness 🙂
