Hi Jaqueline! I am 65 and newly retired from teaching! I have always exercised but have had a couple of setbacks. A herniated thoracic disc in 2010 and a very serious surgery and consequent nerve damage below my thoracic region. Couldn't walk for some weeks but then through movement and exercise I got back to taking walks (not running) and doing yoga and pilates some. I still had weakness on left side and in May I broke my left ankle and had surgery then lay in bed or sat for MONTHS! With my nerve damage in my legs I really declined. I felt I wasn't making much progress at PT so I stopped going and started doing UA-cam videos. I found you! Your workouts are tough and really make me work! I stopped this one in the middle to rest and write this, but I will start and do the flow. What a challenging workout! Thank you so much! Nancy

Wow! Been doing more fun workouts as I got tired of weight lifting all the time! I was feeling sore all the time and not grounded These workouts are helping navigate a new level of me, feeling grounded and aware of myself and how my energy is flowing through the entire workout. Love what you’re putting out in this world Thank you. ❤
