I thought all hope was lost after my third c-section, but for the first time in 3 years I can actually feel my lower abdominal muscles and I am able to do abs without my back painfully spasming up for days. Just finished the month long challenge - exactly 2 weeks before I get married. I usually get bored of workouts, especially repeating ones, but I loved these! Might turn into my annual anniversary workout challenge!
I am so glad I found your channel! So far I've done the 5 day series and now D2 for the BBB. I have to say I am impressed with the variety! Many moons ago I was a ballerina with the San Francisco Ballet School ( I was on pointe at 9 years old) so I was very strong but due to family issues had to quite at age 10. That strength and toned body lasted a very long time. Life continued with different activities than dance (hiking, walking, riding etc) but I always missed ballet and ballet type moves. I wasn't able to do every move today but I can tell you that I am already standing taller. At 56 my goals are increasing strength and flexibility and YOUR videos will be part of my continue journey of dance and fitness. THANK YOU so much!!

I like all the different motions in your workouts, it keeps it interesting! I had covid 2 weeks ago and I'm still short of breath but I have to train my lungs to get back to how they were before. I did some mods but I got through the whole workout. Thank you!
Just finished day 2! I was dreading this one since I normally hate HIIT workouts, but I really enjoyed this. I have never done barre or ballet so this is really pushing me. I am getting married this December in 2 months and 4 days! I really need to cut down some belly fat and feel confident and happy with my body. There are times when I consider quitting the video, but then I look at my tummy and find motivation. I may make a couple modifications, or take a couple breaks but I am so proud of making it through the whole video. I do wish there was more and longer stretching at the very end but overall I really enjoy this!
Fabulous - i have to admit i didn;t do the last cardio exercise- i stretched instead. 1 day closer to getting into those jeans- looks like Im getting married in my jeans - ha ha . I am not getting married but haven't been able to get into my jeans for about 6 years so when I make it day 30 Im going to buy a bunch of flowers and go have a wedding photo taken - Ha ha - i am excited.
Not able to do these back to back since I'm doing another course at the moment. But that first cardio move shocked me with how difficult 50 seconds of that was!
I am getting married in exactly 6 months so I decided to start this training NOW and see how my results are by the end of the 30 days! I am an avid weight lifter, runner, and professional dancer, so I’m already really fit but girl…. THE LAST 2 DAYS HAVE KICKED MY BUTT!! Love love love love!!
Same, I do t sweat but I am read and sweaty. Those added cardio bursts made this nearly miserable. My heart and lungs have never been that strong but I know it’s good for me 😅
Second one done, after 2 days of intensive walking. I took me a while to understand how to do some of the moves, but it will be easier next time. I needed to do some accomodations: my neighbours aren't so ok with me jumping, so I did the jumpings exercises more like.. taichi ( maybe will be not very effective but better as not done and I'm dripping anyway. tip: I exercise in front of the ventilator, it's the only way to motivate me doing sports during the hot days), and the lack of space in my room does not help either. But well I added 10 minutes more stretching, and this should be ok for today. By the way, in the previous 5 years I've lost 30 kilogramms (operation and yay! I didn't need corticoïds anymore, so better said that I've lost 30 liters of water, and keep trying now to shed some more of this ^$ù*$= water) so my main goal now is to define the muscles and tighten the skin, as well as get better balance. I feel that those exercices could also help here. Thank you very much.

Love this series - any tips for someone whose wrists and knees hurt from all the movements on the floor?
You can try using a mat or putting a cushion under your knees (rolling up a towel ) I hope this helps!
